| 520 | |b Dependence on electronic life has nowadays been made as a realistic necessarily due to its involvement in fields such as materialistic and practical. Electronic life has helped in achieving crucial earning which make human development a noticeable fact let alone the economical, cultural, medical and social services presented be the internet which have been recently increased. Getting the needs via internet has become a normal thing since the technological development has made this easier than before. The present research lies in tow chapters. The first one is entitled "the civil protection of the weak contractor during assigning the electronic contract. Here two essential requirements have been identified: the weak contractor's rights during assigning the electronic contract and the weak contractor's protection in standing against arbitrary conditions. The second chapter is entitled the requital protection of the weak contractor when assigning the electronic contract "an introduction and division". This also lies in two parts the first one is entitled the Electronic crime components and the second is the requital- protection forms. A number of results have been reached such as the contractor's privilege in seeing and being acquainted with the goods and services through computer to know their essentral characteristics. Also most legislations have given the judge the authority to modify the contract if it contains harmful conditions that may harm the weak contractor. | ||
