| المستخلص: | The aim of this study is to know the existence of both empowerment and administrative creativity on health sector’s establishment in Blida, and the role of empowerment on administrative creativity development. this study was conducted on frantz fanon hospital employee’s sample from health sector in Blida. the result of this study has shown that both empowerment and creativity are available with medium percentage. and the test of correlation has shown that both empowerment and creativity are correlated with medium positive relation .the simple linear regression between the two variables of this study has shown a medium effect from the empowerment on creativity. |
