المستخلص:The purpose of the current research is to identify the role of tacit knowledge represented by (cognitive skills, technical skills, and social skills) in achieving strategic success represented by (survival, adaptation, and growth), and accordingly the questionnaire tool was used in order to show measuring the level of availability of research variables Among the personnel working for the sugar department, including administrators and technicians in the Union Food Industries Company Ltd. / Babil Governorate, (150) questionnaires were distributed to a group of administrators and technicians, and after tabulating the data, it was found that there are (136) valid forms for statistical analysis, and in order to reveal the nature of the results that The research seeks to achieve it. It is necessary to use a set of statistical tools, which were represented by (normal distribution, structural modeling equation, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and regression coefficients that were extracted by (AMOS.V.25), Accordingly, the results of the research showed that there is a correlation and a significant effect of the role of tacit knowledge in achieving organizational success, and perhaps the most important findings of the research require highlighting a clear interest in the tide sample. Rosa transfers knowledge and competencies among workers by motivating workers to participate in specialized qualifying training courses inside and outside the country.
