المستخلص:The study looked at the fundamentals of Islamic Sukuk that enable Islamic banks in Algeria to provide adequate financial needs, both qualitatively and qualitatively, for private business investments. The study contained a simplified diagnosis of the reality of the algerian banking system's contribution to the financing of private sector investments, including the Islamic finance sector, represented by Al Baraka and Salam banks, in particular, and the fact that they failed to perform the task as the primary source of Financing. In addition to clarifying what is meant by Islamic Sukuk. The study concluded that sukuk is the best way to provide the appropriate financial needs for the private business sector. This is because has a range of properties such as asset ownership, and Liquefiable, and the appropriateness of the size and period, and profit-sharing interest instead. It also includes a number of incentives that increase sukuk's interest in large-scale transfer of surpluses to private business, such as linking savings to investment, expanding product mix. In order to adopt them in practice and make them available to actors in the Algerian financial system,the study recommended several procedural measures and steps at the legal, regulatory and economic and financial levels.
