| المستخلص: | In recent years, the policy of support in Algeria has become a major part of social policy and has assumed an important place in the economy. Despite the global crisis experienced by the oil market in mid-2014, the public treasury has allocated huge sums of public expenditure of the increasing GDP from year to year to strengthen The principle of the social state, to meet and care for the least productive groups unable to achieve a level of saving or fragile classes, through the policy support models for most of the basic materials of large consumption (bread, flour, oil, sugar, water, electricity, fuel...). Thus, purchasing power and economic development are improved by linking the cycle of human growth to long term economic growth. |
