| المستخلص: | The purpose of this contribution is to determine the impact of leader’s Profil including: the Need for achievement, internal locus of control and entrepreneurial self-efficacy in entrepreneurial activity. We use in this paper of research the quantitative method near 99 Algerian entrepreneurs. We adopted structural equation modeling (SEM) with PLS approach in order to test our hypotheses. The result showed that: the personality of the Algerian entrepreneur is characterized by two specific psychological traits: the self-efficacy and internal locus of control L’objectif de cette contribution est de déterminer l’effet du profil du dirigeant comprenant le besoin d’accomplissement, le locus de contrôle interne et l’auto-efficacité sur l’activité entrepreneuriale et afin de réaliser cet objectif, nous avons mené une enquête quantitative auprès de 99 entrepreneurs algériens. Nous avons adopté la modélisation par équation structurelle (SEM) avec l’approche PLS (Partial Least Square) afin de tester nos hypothèses.
