| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الأبعاد التنظيمية المساهمة في بناء الثقة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة قسم علم النفس بجامعة قسنطينة -2-، من خلال تسليط الضوء على متغير الثقة التنظيمية بأبعاده، بحيث قامت الباحثتان ببناء استبيان طبق بأسلوب المسح الشامل على (44) أستاذا بقسم علم النفس، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي واستخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري عن طريق الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS25.0). توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة مساهمة الأبعاد التنظيمية متوسطة في بناء الثقة التنظيمية حسب أراء أساتذة قسم علم النفس جامعة قسنطينة -2-. This study aims to know the organizational dimensions that contribute to building organizational trust among professors of the department of psychology at the University of Constantine-2-, by using a questionnaire which was applied in a comprehensive survey method on (44) professors in the Department of Psychology. The study also relied on the descriptive approach, and used the statistical methods represented by the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation through the Social Sciences Statistical Package (SPSS 0.25). The study showed that the degree of the contribution of organizational dimensions in building organizational trust is moderate according to the opinions of the professors of the Department of Psychology of the University of Constantine -2-. |
