| المستخلص: | يؤدي انتشار الأسلحة النووية في الشرق الأوسط إلى زيادة القلق بشأن استخدامها الوشيك في هذه المنطقة المضطربة. تعتبر الحرب الباردة بين إسرائيل وإيران من أكثر العوامل المؤثرة التي تهيمن على جيوستراتيجية الشرق الأوسط. كما يزيد انتشار التكنولوجيا النووية في الشرق الأوسط المضطرب سياسيا بشكل كبير من احتمالية نشوب حرب نووية كارثية. رغم عدم الإعلان عن صراحة، إسرائيل تمتلك أسلحة نووية، وإيران قامت بتخصيب ما يكفي من المواد النووية لصنعها. من المتصور العواقب الوخيمة للتبادل النووي بين إسرائيل وإيران. لهذا نسعى في هذه الدراسة إلى فهم وتحليل طبيعة التنافس الإقليمي النووي الإيراني الإسرائيلي في إطار الحرب الباردة وموازنة الردع بينهما في الشرق الأوسط، كذلك من خلال تطور العلاقات منذ ظهور دولة إسرائيل ومختلف ديناميات، وإمكانات، وتداعيات النزاع بينهما. منتهين إلى الاعتقاد أن حزب الله يمكن أن يكون شرارة الحرب الساخنة بينهما في أي وقت. The proliferation of nuclear weapons in the Middle East is increasing concern about their impending use in this volatile region. The Cold War between Israel and Iran is one of the most influencing factors dominating the geostrategic of the Middle East. The spread of nuclear technology in the politically troubled Middle East also greatly increases the likelihood of a catastrophic nuclear war. Although not explicitly stated, that Israel possesses nuclear weapons, and Iran has enriched enough nuclear material to make them. It is inconceivable that there will be no dire consequences for the nuclear exchange between Israel and Iran. That is why we seek in this study to understand and analyze the nature of the Iranian-Israeli regional nuclear competition in the context of the Cold War and the balance of deterrence between them in the Middle East, as well as through the development of relations since the emergence of the State of Israel and the various dynamics, potentials, and repercussions of the conflict between them. Ended in believing that Hezbollah could spark a grinding nuclear war between them at any time. |
