| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على كيفيه تفعيل دور أسلوب التحفيز من أجل تحقيق الانتماء الوظيفي لدى العاملين بالمدرسة الثانوية بدولة الکويت وذلك من خلال التعرف على الأسس النظرية لأسلوب التحفيز وفقاً للأدبيات المعاصرة، والکشف عن المضمون العلمي للانتماء الوظيفي لدى العاملين، والوقوف على أهم ملامح المدرسة الثانوية بدولة الکويت، وتحديد أهم الإجراءات المقترحة لتفعيل دور أسلوب التحفيز من أجل تحقيق الانتماء الوظيفي لدى العاملين بالمدرسة الثانوية بدولة الکويت، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي حتى يحقق أهدافه ويجيب عن تساؤلاته العلمية وکان من أبرز نتائجها أن المدرسة الثانوية بالمجتمع الکويتي يزداد فيها ولاء العاملين تجاه مدرستهم وحب العمل لهذه المدارس على اعتبار أن العمل يتوافق مع رغباتهم ويلبي طموحاتهم إلا أنه توجد بعض المدارس التي يغلب عليها النمط البيروقراطي في الإدارة حيث حب الاستحواذ على السلطة والانفراد بالقرار ومن ثم يقل الانتماء الوظيفي لدى العاملين بهذه المدارس وفي المقابل نجد أن بعض المدارس الثانوية بمختلف المناطق التعليمية بالمجتمع الكويتي تقبل على تطبيق بعض الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة على کافة العناصر البشرية المتميزة بها من أجل تحقيق الانتماء الوظيفي لهم ومن هذه الأساليب أسلوب التحفيز وأسلوب التوازن. The current research aims to identify how to activate the role of the motivation method in order to achieve the functional affiliation of the employees of the high school in the State of Kuwait, by identifying the theoretical foundations of the motivation method according to contemporary literature, revealing the scientific content of the employee affiliation, and identifying the most important features of the secondary school In the State of Kuwait, and defining the most important proposed measures to activate the role of the motivation method in order to achieve the functional affiliation of the employees of the high school in the State of Kuwait, and the research used the descriptive approach in order to achieve its goals and answer its scientific questions. Work for these schools on the basis that work corresponds to their desires and meets their aspirations, but there are some schools that are predominantly bureaucratic in management, where the love for power and the exclusivity of decision-making and then the functional affiliation of those working in these schools decreases, and in contrast we find that some secondary schools in different educational areas Kuwaiti society accepts the application of some modern administrative methods to KAF The human elements are distinguished by them in order to achieve their functional affiliation, and among these methods are the motivation method and the balance method. |
