| المستخلص: | يواجه العالم اليوم أزمة فريدة من نوعها، ولازال يعاني حتى الآن من أضرارها المتنوعة التي شملت مختلف مجالات الحياة، حيث امتد أثرها إلى قطاع العدالة، مما جعل البحث عن بدائل تضمن استمرارية هذا المرفق العمومي آمرا ضروريا. وقد استفاد قطاع العدالة من التطور التكنولوجي الذي وصلت إليه وسائل الاتصال والإعلام في تطبيق ما يعرف بالتقاضي الإلكتروني، إذ أصبح يمكننا اليوم الوصول عن بعد إلى المحكمة، غير انه وان كانت جائحة كوفيد 19 قد زادت في تسريع إجراءاتها، فإن للتطبيقات الحديثة لهذه الآلية القضائية الإلكترونية العديد من المزايا في تيسير وتسريع إجراءات التقاضي، وتقديم خدمات للمتقاضين بشكل أفضل من التقاضي التقليدي. على الرغم مما تشكله من تحديا حقيقيا لقطاع العدالة. The world today faces a unique crisis and still suffering until now from its various damages in areas of its kind, the current viral epidemic represents real and clear challenges for the effective operation of the justice sector, which made the search for alternatives to ensure the continuity of this public facility is necessary. The justice sector has benefited from the technological development that the means of communication have reached in the application of what is known as electronic litigation, as we can access remotely to the court, however, although the Covid 19 pandemic has further accelerated its procedures, the modern applications of this electronic judicial mechanism are many a dvantages in facilitating and expediting litigation procedures, and providing services to litigants better than traditional litigation. Despite the real challenge it poses to the justice sector. |
