| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم فعالية الخدمات النفسية المقدمة بجمعية أسرة بمدينة بريدة من وجهة نظر العاملين، وذلك من حيث الجوانب التالية:- الرؤية والرسالة، وخدمات التدريب، وخدمات الإرشاد النفسي والاستشارات النفسية، والمعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق الجمعية لأهدافها، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة من العاملين بجمعية أسرة ببريدة (ن =٣٠) تراوحت أعمارهم بين (30- 60) سنة، واستخدمت استبانة لتقييم الواقع الفعلي للخدمات النفسية من وجهة نظر العاملين من إعداد الباحثتين، وأظهرت النتائج وجود وضوح في الرؤية والرسالة من وجهة نظر العاملين، واعتماد الجمعية على وسائل التواصل الحديثة في الإعلان عن البرامج التدريبية المقدمة، ووجود أماكن مهيئة ومخصصة لتلقي التدريبات، واتفاق برامج التدريب مع رؤية ورسالة الجمعية، واتصف مكان الجمعية بالخصوصية التي تسمح للمستفيدين بالتحدث بحرية وحرص العاملون بالجمعية على سرية المعلومات، كما ظهر وجود بعض المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق العاملين بالجمعية لبعض أهدافها. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the psychological services provided by the family association in Buraidah from the point of view of employees in terms of the following aspects: Vision and mission, training services, psychological counseling services and the obstacles which prevent the association from achieving its goals. A study was conducted on a sample of the employees of a family association in Buraidah (N =30), ranging in age from (30- 60) years. A questionnaire was used to evaluate the actual reality of psychological services from the point of view of the employees set up by the researchers. The results showed the presence of clarity of vision and mission from the point of view of employees. Also, the association assembly of the modern communications in the announcement of the training programs provided, the existence of suitable places for training, and the agreement of the training programs with the vision and mission of the association. The association's location is characterized by the privacy that allows the beneficiaries to speak freely, and the association employee’s keenness on the confidentiality of information, and also revealed the existence of some obstacles that prevent the achievement of employees of the Association for some of its objectives. |
