| المستخلص: | "يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على المعوقات القانونية والمشكلات الإدارية التي تواجه أداء الاتحاد الرياضي المصري للجامعات. وذلك بعد التعرف على كل من أهداف الاتحاد الرياضي المصري للجامعات، المعوقات والمشكلات القانونية والإدارية التي تواجه الاتحاد الرياضي المصري للجامعات. واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي ""الأسلوب المسحي"" وذلك لملائمته لتحقيق هدف البحث ومناسبته لطبيعة إجراءاته بوصف ما هو كائن وتحليله واستخلاص الحقائق منه واشتمل مجتمع البحث على أعضاء مجلس الإدارة والعاملين بالجامعات والإخصائيين الرياضيين وطلاب الجامعات المصرية وبعض أساتذة التربية الرياضة بالاتحاد المصري للجامعات والجامعات المصرية، وتكونت عينة البحث من (٢٠٠) فردا كعينة أساسية وأشارت أهم النتائج إلى أن هناك أجماع لدى الأخصائيين الرياضيين (عينة البحث) بشأن تحقق ""المحور الأول أهداف الاتحاد الرياضي المصري للجامعات"" والمحور الثاني المعوقات القانونية والمشكلات الإدارية التي تواجه الاتحاد الرياضي المصري للجامعات ويوصى الباحثون: -بضرورة تعديل لائحة النظام الأساسي للاتحاد الرياضي المصري للجامعات. -عمل لائحة خاصة تحدد أوجه التعاون بين الاتحاد والجامعات الأعضاء في استغلال المنشآت الرياضية. -وضع خطط وأنشطة وبرامج الاتحاد في ضوء احتياجات طلاب الجامعات بشكل عام. -زيادة البرامج والأنشطة التي تعمل على نشر مفهوم الثقافة الرياضية لدى طلاب الجامعات. -وضع خطط وأنشطة الاتحاد في أوقات تتناسب مع أجندة المسابقات الدولية والإقليمية والعربية العامة والخاصة بالجامعات. -زيادة التنسيق بين الاتحاد الرياضي المصري للجامعات والاتحادات المعنية بالألعاب الرياضية الأولمبية وغير الأولمبية، وإدراج أنشطة وبرامج الاتحاد بالاتحادات الرياضية المعنية بها. -إعداد الموازنات المالية المناسبة لتنفيذ خطط وبرامج وأنشطة الاتحاد، والسرعة في صرف المكافأت والحوافز المادية للطلاب الفائزين بالمركز الثلاثة الأولى." "The research aims to identify the legal obstacles and administrative problems facing the performance of the Egyptian University Sports Federation. That is after identifying the objectives of the Egyptian University Sports Federation and the legal and administrative obstacles and problems facing the Egyptian University Sports Federation. The researchers used the descriptive approach ""the survey method"" for its suitability to achieve the research objective and its relevance to the nature of its procedures by describing what is an object, analyzing it, and extracting facts from it. The research community included members of the board of directors, university workers, sports specialists, Egyptian university students, and some physical education professors of the Egyptian University Sports Federation and Egyptian Universities. The research sample consisted of (200) individuals as a basic sample. The most important results indicated a consensus among sports specialists (the research sample) regarding the achievement of the ""first axis: goals of the Egyptian University Sports Federation"" and the second axis: legal obstacles and administrative problems facing the Egyptian University Sports Federation. The researchers recommend: -The necessity of amending the statute of the Egyptian University Sports Federation. -Making a special regulation specifying aspects of cooperation between the federation and member universities in exploiting sports facilities. -Developing plans, activities, and programs for the union in light of the needs of university students in general. -Increasing programs and activities that spread the concept of sports culture among university students. -Developing plans and activities of the Federation at times that fit the agenda of international, regional, and Arab public and private competitions in universities. -Increasing coordination between the Egyptian University Sports Federation and the federations concerned with Olympic and non-Olympic sports and including the Federation's activities and programs in the relevant sports federations. -Preparing the appropriate financial budgets to implement the Federation's plans, programs, and activities and expediting the disbursement of rewards and financial incentives for the students who won the first three places.
