| المستخلص: | استهدف البحث التعرف على الأسس الفلسفية لجامعات الشركات، والكشف عن واقع الاحتياجات الكمية والكيفية لسوق العمل المصري، ومن ثم التوصل إلى مجموعة من المتطلبات اللازمة للمساهمة في إنشاء جامعة شركات مصرية في ضوء احتياجات سوق العمل بمصر، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهدافه، وتوصل إلى مجموعة من المتطلبات اللازمة لإنشاء جامعة الشركات في مصر، سواء متطلبات سياسية، أو تشريعية، أو اقتصادية، أو مجتمعية، أو تقنية، أو أكاديمية، أو متطلبات خاصة بالشركات المصرية، أو خاصة بسوق العمل، وكان من أهمها: ضرورة قبول المجتمع المصري، ومؤسسات التعليم الجامعي، ومنظمات الأعمال والشركات بتطبيق ممارسات جامعات الشركات، والسعي نحو إنشائها، علاوة على إيمانهم بأهميتها للمجتمع وللاقتصاد الوطني وللأفراد، مع ضرورة عمل دراسات ميدانية ومقابلات مع أصحاب الشركات ورجال الأعمال لمعرفة متطلباتهم واحتياجاتهم، ومعرفة أهم المجالات والتخصصات التي يتطلبها سوق العمل، للمساهمة في إنشاء الجامعة وفقا لاحتياجات ومتطلبات السوق، وختاما أوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات التي قد تساعد في سد احتياجات سوق العمل بمصر، وذلك من خلال إنشاء نمط جامعة الشركات. The research aimed to identify the philosophical foundations of corporate universities, and reveal the status-quo of the quantitative and qualitative needs of the Egyptian labor market. It also seeks to set a number of necessary requirements to contribute to the establishment of an Egyptian corporate university in light of the needs of the labor market in Egypt. The research used the descriptive approach to achieve its objectives. The research indicated a set of requirements necessary to establish a corporate university in Egypt, whether political, legislative, economic, societal, technical, academic, or special requirements for the Egyptian companies, or for the labor market. The research confirmed the necessity of accepting the Egyptian society and educational institutions university, business organizations and companies by applying the practices of corporate universities, and striving towards their establishment, believing in their importance to society, the national economy and individuals. The research confirmed the necessity of conducting field studies and interviews with company owners and businessmen to know their requirements and needs, and to know the most important fields and specializations required by the labor market, to contribute to the establishment of the university according to the needs and requirements of the market. The research also recommended a set of recommendations and suggestions that may help meet the needs of the labor market in Egypt, through the establishment of a corporate university pattern. |
