| المستخلص: | استهدف البحث التعرف على الأسس الفلسفية لنظام STEM، والكشف عن واقع التعليم الثانوي الأزهري النموذجي؛ ومن ثم التوصل إلى مجموعة من المتطلبات اللازمة لتطويره في ضوء نظام STEM، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهدافه، وتوصل إلى مجموعة من المتطلبات لتطوير التعليم الثانوي الأزهري النموذجي في ضوء نظام STEM، سواء متطلبات تشريعية، أو تنظيمية، أو بشرية، أو مادية، أو مالية، كان من أهمها: ضرورة وضع التشريعات المساعدة على تطوير التعليم الثانوي الأزهري النموذجي في ضوء نظام STEM، وتوفير القيادات المؤهلة والمدربة والتي تمتلك رؤية وفكر استراتيجي للإدارة في نظام STEM، وزيادة الاعتمادات المالية اللازمة لتوفير التجهيزات والمعدات والوسائل التعليمية الضرورية، وإتقان المعلم مهارات العمل في فريق بحثي وقيادته، والاهتمام بالبحوث التطبيقية العملية، وتنمية مهارات البحث والاكتشاف والإبداع لدى الطلاب، والقدرة على تصميم بيئات التعلم الإلكترونية النشطة بما يتناسب مع قدرات واهتمامات الطلاب، وختاما أوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات التي تسهم في تطوير التعليم الثانوي الأزهري النموذجي في ضوء نظام STEM. This research aimed to identify the philosophical foundations of the "STEM" system, and to identify the status-quo of Al-Azhar Model Secondary Education. As well as, identifying a set of requirements for developing it in light of the "STEM" system. The research made use of the descriptive approach to achieve its objectives and identifying a set of requirements for the development of Al-Azhar Model Secondary Education in light of the "STEM" system, whether legislative, regulatory, Human, material, or financial. The results of the research revealed that the most important requirements were: the necessity of developing legislation to help develop the Al-Azhar Model Secondary Education in light of the "STEM" system, as well as providing qualified leaders, who has a strategic vision and mission for management in the light of "STEM" system. Besides, the research confirmed the necessity to develop the financial funds needed in order to provide the necessary equipment and educational aids. The research also stressed the importance of mastering the skills of working in and leading a research team, showing interest in practical applied research, developing research, developing discovery and creativity skills among students, designing active electronic learning environments in proportion to the abilities and interests of students. Finally, the research recommended a set of recommendations and proposals that contribute to the development of Al-Azhar secondary education model in the light of the "STEM" system. |
