| المستخلص: | استهدف البحث تعرف واقع المسئولية المجتمعية في ضوء اليقظة الاستراتيجية لكليات التربية بمصر في ظل جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد، ووضع آليات لتطوير أبعاد المسئولية المجتمعية (الأكاديمية – الإدارية - الاجتماعية- البيئية والصحية- الاقتصادية) في ضوء أبعاد اليقظة الاستراتيجية (التكنولوجية - التنافسية - الوثائقية - البيئية - الاجتماعية)، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، واعتمد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، والتي تم تطبيقها على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ببعض كليات التربية، وتوصل البحث لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن أبعاد المسئولية المجتمعية في ضوء اليقظة الاستراتيجية لكليات التربية في ظل جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد تتحقق بصورة متوسطة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، وأوضحت نتائج اختبار تحليل التباين لدلالة الفروق على محاور الاستبيان بين العينة ككل أنه: لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس على محاور الاستبيان تبعا لمتغير الجامعة، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس على بعض محاور الاستبيان وفقا لمتغيرات الدرجة الوظيفية وسنوات الخبرة، كما توصل البحث لمجموعة من الآليات المقترحة لتطوير أبعاد المسئولية المجتمعية لكليات التربية في ظل جائحة كورونا على ضوء مدخل اليقظة الاستراتيجية. The research aimed to identify the reality of social responsibility in light of the strategic vigilance of the faculties of education in Egypt keeping up with the emerging Corona virus pandemic, and to develop some mechanisms to improve the dimensions of social responsibility (academic - administrative - social - environmental -healthy - economic) dimensions in light of the strategic vigilance dimensions (technological competitive - documentary - environmental - Social).The research used the descriptive approach .In addition ,it relied on a questionnaire as a tool to collect data, which was applied to a sample of faculty members in some faculties of education. Results: the dimensions of social responsibility in light of the strategic vigilance of the faculties of education used to keep up with the emerging Corona virus pandemic are achieved in a moderate way from the viewpoint of the study sample. Moreover, the results of the analysis of variance test for the significance of differences on the axes of the questionnaire of the sample as a whole showed that: there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of faculty members to the questionnaire axes according to university variable, but there are statistically significant differences between the responses of faculty members to some axes of the questionnaire according to the variables of job degree and years of experience. The research also reached a set of proposed mechanisms to develop the dimensions of social responsibility for faculties of education to keep up with the Corona pandemic in light of the strategic vigilance approach. |
