| المستخلص: | أخذت مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية قسطا من المسئولية وذلك من خلال طريقة تنظيم المجتمع التي تعمل على تنمية الأفراد العاملين بالمؤسسات الاجتماعية، من خلال تحسين أدائهم بمدهم بالمعلومات والمعارف وإكسابهم العديد من الخبرات لتنمية قدرات الجمعية التمويلية، في ضوء ذلك فإن فهم الحوكمة يساعدنا في رسم الطريق ووضع الإطار المرجعي للعمليات والممارسة المستقبلية للإصلاح المؤسسي التنظيمي والتمويل المالي بهدف تحسين مستوى الإدارة على مستوى المجتمع لتلبية احتياجات المواطنين، وتوصلت إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية قبل وبعد تطبيق برنامج التدخل المهني لطريقة تنظيم المجتمع وتفعيل الحوكمة لتدبير التمويل بالجمعيات الأهلية" لصالح التطبيق البعدي للبرنامج. The profession of social work has taken a part of the responsibility through the method of community organization that works on the development of individuals working in social institutions, By improving their performance by providing them with information and knowledge and providing them with many experiences to develop the association’s financing capabilities, in the light of this, understanding governance helps us in charting the way and setting the frame of reference for the future operations and practice of organizational institutional reform and financial financing with the aim of improving the level of management at the community level to meet the needs of citizens, And it found that there were statistically significant differences before and after the application of the professional intervention program for the method of organizing society and activating governance for managing funding in NGOs” in favor of the post application of the program. |
