| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على واقع التعلم الإلكتروني بالجامعات المصرية في ضوء جائحة كورونا، ووضع رؤية مستقبلية لمواجهة تحديات التعلم الإلكتروني بالجامعات المصرية في ظل جائحة كورونا. اتبعت الدراسة كل من المنهج الوصفي وأسلوب دلفاي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تحديات التعلم الإلكتروني في ظل جائحة كورونا وجاءت في أربعة محاور رئيسة أولهما: التحديات المرتبطة بالنية التحتية بالجامعات المصرية وتضمنت عدة تحديات فرعية تمثلت في الوفاء بمتطلبات التحول من التعليم التقليدي إلى التعلم الإلكتروني، توفير الدعم الفني والمتخصصين في مجال توظيف التعلم الإلكتروني، وكفاءة شبكات الإنترنت وانقطاعها بين الحين والآخر، والمساواة وتكافؤ الفرص التعليمية، وثانيهما: التحديات المرتبطة بالمقررات الدراسية والتي شملت التحديات الفرعية التالية: محتوي المقررات الدراسية، طرق التدريس، الوسائط التعليمية، وجودة التقويم والامتحانات، وثالثهما: التحديات المرتبطة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس والتي تضمنت التحديات الفرعية التالية: وعي أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالتعلم الإلكتروني، والتفاعل المباشر بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب، وضبط العملية التعليمية في ظل أعداد الطلاب الكبيرة، وأخيرا: التحديات المرتبطة بالطلاب والتي تضمنت الوفاء بمتطلبات ذلك النوع من التعليم الأجهزة الإلكترونية أو الشبكة الإلكترونية أو الأجهزة التلفزيونية، والالتزام بمتابعة برامج التعليم عن بعد، والأمية الحاسوبية، والاستخدام الخاطئ للإنترنت، وطرحت الدراسة أساليب المواجهة لكافة التحديات سالفة الذكر. | ||
| 520 | |b The study aimed to identify the reality of e-learning in the Egyptian universities in the light of The Corona pandemic. Also, it aimed to establish a future prospective to face e-learning challenges in the Egyptian universities in the light of The Corona pandemic. The study followed both the descriptive approach and the Delphi method. The study revealed the challenges of e-learning in the light of the Corona pandemic. They were four main aspects. The first one was the challenges related to the infrastructure of Egyptian universities including several sub-challenges represented in meeting the requirements of the change from traditional education to e-learning, providing technical support and specialists in the field of e-learning employment and identifying the efficiency of Internet network and its interruption from time to time, equality and equal educational opportunities. The second one was the challenges related to the academic curricula including the following sub-challenges: content of courses, teaching methods, educational media and quality of evaluation and exams. The third one was the challenges associated with faculty members including the following sub-challenges: awareness of faculty members about electronic learning, direct interaction between faculty members and students, adjusting the educational process in the light of the large number of students. Finally, the challenges associated with students including fulfilling the requirements of that type of education on electronic devices, electronic network, or television devices. Also, they include students′ commitment to follow-up distance education programs, computer illiteracy, and the wrong use of the Internet. The study presented methods to face all the previously mentioned challenges. | ||
