| المستخلص: | إن للحرف العربي في الفن الإسلامي يعد أحد أهم وأغنى الفنون القابلة للتطور والتجديد، لامتلاكه قدرات تشكيلية تؤهله للتجاوب مع إبداعات الفنان المعاصر في غالبية المجالات الفنية، والتي تتوافق وتنسجم مع كل فن جديد حيث شغل العديد من المعالجات الفنية والتشكيلية في بناء العمل الفني وعناصره ليحقق المتعة والجمال للمتلقي، وبذلك أصبح العمل الفني ذو قيمة جمالية ووظيفية، لذا فإن معرفة توظيف الحرف كعنصر بنائي تسهم في إطلاق الأحكام الجمالية والتذوق له، ويعد الحرف من الوحدات البنائية والتعبيرية الأساسية التي تؤسس العلاقات المرئية في الفنون البصرية، وتنظم وفق تكوين معين بهدف خلق وحدة ذات تعبير فني ومنهج جمالي معا، ويتم توظيفه من قبل الفنان ليعينه على بلوغ غايته، واعتماد هذا العنصر وكيفية ترتيب أوضاعه وتشابكه أو تمازجه، هي من شأن أسلوب الفنان في عمله الفني وفق نظام معين يزداد جمالا وتأثيرا بصريا ويصبح سببا في نجاح العمل الفني. "The Arabic letter in Islamic art is one of the most important and richest arts capable of development and modernization, as it possesses plastic capabilities that qualify it to respond to the creations of the contemporary artist in the majority of artistic fields, which are compatible and harmonize with every new art as it has occupied many artistic and plastic treatments in building the artwork and its elements to achieve fun and beauty for the recipient. Thus, the artwork has an aesthetic and functional value. Therefore, knowing the employment of letters as a structural element contributes to passing aesthetic judgments and tasting for it. Letters are a basic structural and expressive unit that establishes visual relations in the visual arts. It is organized according to a specific composition to create a unit with artistic expression and an aesthetic approach together. The artist employs it to help him achieve his goal. The adoption of this element and how to arrange its conditions and intertwine or mix is the matter of the artist’s style in his artistic work according to a certain system that increases in beauty and visual impact and becomes a reason for the success of the artwork.
