| 520 | |a استهدف هذا البحث التعرف على دور الادارة الذكية بأبعادها الثلاثة (القيادة التشاركية، الحوار الثقافة التنظيمية) على أبعاد التنمية المستدامة لمنشأت الأعمال (البعد لاقتصادي، البعد البيئي، البعد الاجتماعي)، قامت الباحثة بالاعتماد على المنهج الاستنباطي وذلك من خلال الاطلاع على مختلف المراجع العلمية سواء كانت كتباً أو دوريات عربية وأجنبية وتقارير ودراسات منشورة ورسائل علمية، والتي تتناول موضوع الإدارة الذكية ودورها في زيادة التنمية المستدامة لمنشآت الأعمال، ثم اشتقاق الفروض واختبارها إحصائيًا بالاعتماد على بيانات الدراسة الميدانية، وتسعى الباحثة من خلال هذا البحث إلى اختبار فروض الدراسة، وذلك من خلال مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والاستدلالية تحقيقا لفروض الدراسة، وذلك من خلال استخدام برنامج باسم V.25 SPSS، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الإدارة الذكية تؤثر على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بمنشآت الأعمال محل التطبيق كما أنه يوجد دعم قوي من جانب المستقصي منهم لمدى أهمية التنمية المستدامة، فقد جاءت هذه الدراسة في أن القيادة التشاركية، التفاعل "الحوار"، الثقافة التنظيمية على الترتيب هي الأكثر عناصر تأثير في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة لدى منشآت الأعمال بصفة عامة والشركات محل التطبيق صفة خاصة. | ||
| 520 | |b This research aims to identify the role of smart management in its three dimensions (participatory leadership, dialogue, and organizational culture) on the dimensions of sustainable development for business establishments (the economic dimension, the environmental dimension, the social dimension).
