| 520 | |a يعد دور المعلم حجر الزاوية في العملية التعليمية لكونه محركا أساسيا لهذه العملية، ولا يتم ذلك إلا إذا توافرت لديه مهارات مهنية متنوعة، وفي ظل الثورة المعلوماتية برزت توجهات عديدة تركزت على المعلم هدفها الأساسي استغلال ما يسمى بثروة الاقتصاد المعرفي الذي يهدف إلى الاستغلال الأمثل للعلم والمعرفة ودور رأس المال الفكري الذي يجب أن يتمتع به المعلمون مدى حياتهم بتحديث معلوماتهم ومهاراتهم واستخدامهم للتكنولوجيا، ومن خلال عمل الباحث بمجال التدريس والإشراف الميداني بمدارس الهرم للطلبة واللقاءات التي تمت مع المعلمين خلال المشاركة في مصفوفة دورات إعداد المعلم بالأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين، لوحظ ضعف امتلاكهم لمجرد مصطلح الاقتصاد المعرفي، مما يوحي أن هناك قصور في إعداد المعلمين بصفة عامة ومعلمي التربية الرياضية بصفة خاصة، الأمر الذي ينعكس على الأداء التدريس لمعلمي التربية الرياضية، لذالك تناول الباحث هذه الدارسة والتي هدفت إلى تقويم أداء معلمي التربية الرياضية بالمرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية بمحافظة الجيزة وذلك في ضوء الاقتصاد المعرفي. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وقد بلغت العينة الأساسية للمعلمين (240) معلما وقد تم إعداد استبيان تقويم أداء معلمي التربية الرياضية بالمرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية بمحافظة الجيزة في ضوء الاقتصاد المعرفي، وقد أسفرت استخلاصات الدراسة عن ارتفاع درجات تقييم معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية بالمرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية بمحافظة الجيزة مع تفوق مجال التفكير الإبداعي والأنشطة الرياضية المبتكرة على المجالات الأخرى في الترتيب يليه المجال الأكاديمي وكانت أهم التوصيات ضرورة إلمام معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية بمجالات الاقتصاد المعرفي من خلال البرامج التدريبية لتنمية ممارستهم التدريسية. | ||

And the role of intellectual capital that teachers should enjoy throughout their lives by updating their information, skills, and use of technology, and through the researcher's work in the field of teaching and field supervision in the pyramids schools for students and the meetings that took place with teachers during participation in the matrix of teacher preparation courses at the Professional Academy for Teachers, It was noticed that they had a mere lack of ownership of the term knowledge economy, which suggests that there is a deficiency in preparing teachers in general and physical education teachers in particular, which is reflected in the teaching performance of physical education teachers, so the researcher addressed this study, which aimed to evaluate the performance of physical education teachers in the preparatory stages And secondary schools in Giza Governorate, in light of the knowledge economy. The descriptive approach was used, and the main sample of teachers reached (240) teachers A questionnaire was prepared to evaluate the performance of physical education teachers in the preparatory and secondary stages in Giza governorate in the light of the knowledge economy, and the study's conclusions resulted in a higher evaluation score for physical education teachers in the preparatory and secondary stages in Giza governorate, with the field of creative thinking and innovative sports activities superior to other areas in the ranking next to it. The academic field, and the most important recommendations were the necessity of familiarizing physical education teachers with the fields of knowledge economy through training programs to develop their teaching practice. | ||
