| المستخلص: | إن قضية التطرف في الرأي والفكر، والتشدد نحو بعض القضايا الاجتماعية والسياسية والدينية، تعد ظاهرة تحتل موقعها في كل المجتمعات منذ أقدم العصور، لكنها أخذت بعدا جديدا في المجتمعات الحديثة، عندما أنتح التطرف الفكري ظواهر سلوكية كالعنف والعدوان والإرهاب على الأبرياء والممتلكات، ونشر الفوضى بالمجتمع، لذا هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الوسائل الوقائية، للتصدي لأفكار التطرف والغلو والتشدد والانحراف، ومنعها من التغلغل لعقول أبنائنا من النشء والشباب والسيطرة عليهم، باعتبارهم لقمة سائغة وفريسة سهلة للاستقطاب الفكري من قبل التنظيمات المتطرفة، فضلا عن الوسائل التنموية التي تنهض بالوعى الشامل لتنمية الفكر والثقافة من أجل محاربة التطرف بشقيه الفكري والسلوكي، والقضاء عليهما، واقتلاعهما من جذورهما، بغرض استقرار المجتمع والارتقاء به. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الإمبريقي (التجريبي)، حيث اعتمد الباحث على المسح الميداني وفق أداة الاستبيان، وذلك لقياس توجهات عينة من طلاب الجامعات، كما اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي، وذلك بهدف وصف الظاهرة قيد الدراسة ودراستها من مختلف أبعادها وجوانبها، ومن ثم تحليل مفرداتها ومكوناتها تحليلا علميا وعمليا، وذلك بتسليط الضوء على أبرز السبل الوقائية لمكافحة التطرف الفكري، والوقوف على الركائز التنموية التي تستهدف تنمية الوعى الفكري لأبناء المجتمع، من أجل رفض أسباب التطرف، للخروج بنتائج جوهرية، وهو ما تنتهجه الدراسة من خلال محاولة وصف الحقائق والمعلومات المرتبطة بموضوع الدراسة، والعمل على تحليلها، لاستخلاص أهم القواعد والأحكام التي ترتبط بالموضوع، ومن ثم بلورة رؤية جديدة شاملة ومرنة لمكافحة التطرف فكرا وسلوكا. كما وارتكزت الدراسة على إرسائها لاستراتيجية علمية منهجية متعددة المحاور، تقوم على مشاركة كافة مؤسسات وطوائف المجتمع في الحد من تلك الآفة المجتمعية، وتحقيق الأمن والاستقرار في ربوع المجتمع، وذلك بالنهوض بالمنظومة التربوية والتعليمية والثقافية، فضلا عن وحدة الصف الداخلي وترابطه، والعمل على تعبئة الرأي العام بشكل إيجابي وفعال لدحض الأفكار المتطرفة عبر وسائل الاتصال الجماهيري، والتأكيد على أهمية إحياء القيم الإسلامية في حياة الناس، ومحاربة التيارات الفكرية الدينية المتشددة، وتوضيح المعالم الحقيقية للإسلام، وبيان سماحته، ويسر تعاليمه، واحترامه للإنسانية. The issue of extremism in opinion and thought, and extremism towards some social, political and religious issues, is a phenomenon that has occupied its position in all societies since ancient times, but it has taken a new dimension in modern societies, when intellectual extremism has produced behavioral phenomena such as violence, aggression and terrorism against innocents and property, and spreading chaos in society. Therefore, this study aimed to shed light on the preventive means, to confront the ideas of extremism, extremism, extremism and deviation, and to prevent them from penetrating the minds of our children, young people, and controlling them, as they are an easy prey and an easy prey for intellectual polarization by extremist organizations, as well as developmental means that promote awareness. Comprehensive development of thought and culture, in order to combat extremism in both its "intellectual and behavioral" aspects, to eliminate them, and uproot them from their roots, with the aim of stabilizing and upgrading society. The study relied on the empirical approach, where the researcher relied on the field survey according to the questionnaire tool, in order to measure the trends of a sample of university students, and the researcher relied on the descriptive approach, with the aim of describing the phenomenon under study, studying it from its various dimensions and aspects, and then analyzing Its vocabulary and components provide a scientific and practical analysis, by highlighting the most prominent preventive ways to combat intellectual extremism, and standing on the development pillars aimed at developing the intellectual awareness of the people of society, in order to reject the causes of extremism, to produce substantial results, which is what the study pursues by trying to describe the facts and information related to On the subject of the study, and working on analyzing it, in order to extract the most important rules and provisions related to the subject, and then to develop a new comprehensive and flexible vision for coin bating extremism “in thought and behavior. The study was based on its importance on the establishment of a scientific, methodological, multi-axes strategy , based on the participation of all institutions and sects of society in curbing this societal scourge, and achieving security and stability throughout society, by promoting the educational, educational and cultural system, as well as the unity and interdependence of the internal class, and working to mobilize Public opinion in a positive and effective way to refute extremist ideas through mass communication, stressing the importance of reviving Islamic values in people s lives, combating extremist religious intellectual currents, clarifying the true features of Islam, demonstrating its tolerance, facilitating its teachings, and respecting humanity. |
