| 520 | |a تناول هذا البحث موضوع القيادة التربوية في ضوء السيرة النبوية، وهدفنا من خلاله بلورة تصور حول القيادة التربوية، وذلك بعد الاطلاع على المراجع والمصادر الأولية المتعلقة بالسيرة النبوية، حيث تم التطرق في هذا البحث إلى مفهوم القيادة التربوية في الإسلام وأهم المبادئ الأساسية وكذا صفات القائد التربوي وفق ما جاء في السيرة النبوية وذلك من وجهة نظر بعض الباحثين والمختصين في مجال القيادة التربوية، وتم التوصل في الأخير إلى ضبط مفهوم القيادة التربوية في الإسلام، وتحديد المبادئ الأساسية لها من وجهة نظرنا وذلك بعد الاطلاع وتمثلت في: الولاء لله عز وجل، استشعار المسؤولية، الشورى، العدل، لا مركزية، حرية الفكر، اختيار الأصلح، الطاعة في المعروف، كما توصلنا إلى تحديد أهم الصفات التي ينبغي توفرها لدى القائد التربوي حسب ما ورد في السيرة النبوية من وجهة نظرنا وهي كالتالي: العدل، الحزم، اللين والرحمة، التواضع، القدوة الحسنة، الشورى، العفو، التفويض، العلم، الصبر. | ||

Finally, we reached a definition of the concept of educational leadership in Islam, and defining the basic principles for it from our point of view, It included the following: Loyalty to God, sense of responsibility, consultation, justice, Freedom of thought, selecting the fittest, Obedience in favor , and we have also identified the most important: characteristics that It should be characterized by the educational leader, according to what was mentioned in the Prophet’s biography from our point of view, which are as following: Justice firmness, tenderness, mercy, humility, good example, consultation, amnesty, delegation, science, patience. | ||
