| 520 | |a يهدف البحث لتقييم مدى التزام إدارات الفنادق فئة الخمس نجوم بنطاق إقليم القاهرة الكبرى بمعيار الإفصاح والشفافية الذي وضعته منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية كأحد معايير نظام الحوكمة. وذلك من خلال بحث التزامهم بالمبادئ الفرعية التي أقرتها المنظمة لمعيار الإفصاح والشفافية وعددها ثمانية عشرة مبدأ. وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع الفنادق فئة الخمس نجوم التي تقع بنطاق إقليم القاهرة الكبرى وإجمالي عددها 29 فندق تم استهدافهم جميعاً كعينة للدراسة وتمثلت العينة الصالحة للتحليل الإحصائي في ٢٧ فندق. وحيث أن فئة الإدارة عينة احتمالية عشوائية ملائمة فقد تم اختيار مبحوث واحد فقط بكل فندق وقد تم تجميع البيانات من خلال استمارة الاستبانة التي تم توزيعها من خلال المقابلات الشخصية والتي استهدفت (أعضاء مجلس الإدارة وأعضاء الإدارة التنفيذية ممثلين في مدراء الفنادق). وتمثلت التوصيات الرئيسة للدراسة في اقتراح إطار عمل قابل للتطبيق يساعد في الارتقاء بجودة القرارات الإدارية الخاصة بعمليات التشغيل اليومية للفندق ويتوافق مع الطبيعة الإدارية للمنشآت الفندقية المصرية ويواكب الاتجاهات العالمية الحديثة بصناعة الضيافة. | ||
| 520 | |b The research aims to assess the extent of five-star hotels' executive management in the Greater Cairo region with the standards of disclosure and transparency set by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) as one of the standards of the corporate governance system. By examining their commitment to the 18 sub-principles established by the Organization for the Standard of Disclosure and Transparency. The study community represents all five-star hotels within the Greater Cairo region and a total of 29 hotels, all of which were targeted as a sample for study and the statistically analytical sample was 27 hotels. Since the management category is an appropriate random probability sample, only one research sample was selected in each hotel and the data was collected through the questionnaire form, distributed through personal interviews targeting (board members and executive directors represented in hotel managers). The main recommendations of the study were to propose a viable framework that would help improve the quality of management decisions for the hotel's day-to-day operations, conform to the administrative nature of Egyptian hotel facilities and keep pace with modern global trends in the hospitality industry. | ||
