| المستخلص: | هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد دور الجينات التنظيمية في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي لأندية دور القوات المسلحة بجمهورية مصر العربية من خلال عناصرها الأربعة (الهيكل التنظيمي –المحفزات- جودة المعلومات - حقوق اتخاذ القرار)، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الدراسات المسحية والتحليلية وذلك لمناسبتها لطبيعة إجراءات البحث، ومن أهم النتائج يتم اختيار الإداريين للوظائف المختلفة بالهيكل التنظيمي الحالي بناء على اجتياز الدورات التدريبية المؤهلة للوظيفة، تعمل الإدارة على تفويض سلطاتها للعاملين بالصورة التي تؤدى إلى تقليل مركزية العمل بجميع الأنشطة الرياضية، يتاح الفرص لبعض العاملين الذين لديهم طموحات للوصول إلى المراكز الوظيفية الأعلى التي تقع على مساراتهم الوظيفية، أهم التوصيات ضرورة نشر ثقافة الجينات التنظيمية حيث أنه من الأساليب الحديثة لتحقيق التميز المؤسسي للأندية الرياضية بصفة عامة والتي من خلالها امكن للباحث التعرف على نقاط الضعف في أندية دور القوات المسلحة ومعالجتها وإبراز نقاط القوة وتدعيمها للوصول التميز المؤسسي. The aim of the current research is to determine the role of organizational genes in achieving institutional excellence for the role of the armed forces clubs in the Arab Republic of Egypt through its four elements (organizational structure - stimuli - information quality - decision-making rights.)The researcher used the descriptive approach, survey and analytical studies, due to their relevance to the nature of the research procedures, and among the most important results, administrators are selected for different jobs in the current organizational structure based on passing the training courses qualified for the job. Opportunities for some workers who have ambitions to reach the highest career positions that fall on their career paths, The most important recommendations are the need to spread the culture of organizational genes, as it is one of the modern methods to achieve institutional excellence for sports clubs in general, through which the researcher was able to identify the weaknesses in the clubs of the role of the armed forces and address them and highlight the strengths and support them to reach institutional excellence. |
