| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الملائمة الوظيفية لدار المسنين بمحافظات العربية والمنوفية وعلاقتها بالتكيف النفسي والاجتماعي للمسن المقيم بها وذلك من خلال عينة مكونة من (100) من المسنين المقيمين بدور المسنين بمحافظات الغربية والمنوفية من الجنسين (بواقع 50% من كل جنس)، تم استبعاد 10 من الحالات لعدم ورود الإجابات فأصبحت عينة البحث الشاملة مكونة من 90 مسن ومسنة بواقع (50 %من كل جنس) وقد أخذت العينة بطريقة عشوائية، وقد استخدم الاستبيان لجمع البيانات وتكونت الأداة من:- استمارة البيانات العامة (من إعداد الباحث) استبيان الملائمة الوظيفية لدار المسنين (من إعداد الباحث) استمارة التكيف النفسي والاجتماعي للمسن (من إعداد الباحث) تم إجراء الدراسة في شهر نوفمبر 2018 بالأماكن المشار إليها. وتوصلت الدراسة لأهم النتائج التالية: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند 0.01 بين الملائمة لدار المسنين والتكيف النفسي والاجتماعي للمسنين بالدار توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند 0.01 بين متوسط الدخل للمسنين والمستوى التعليمي وبين التكيف النفسي والاجتماعي للمسن والموائمة الوظيفية لدار المسنين مع المسن.، كما توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند 0.05 بين متوسط الدخل للمسنين والسن للمسنين وبين الملائمة بدار المسنين مع المسن والمستوى التعليمي للمسنين. المسنين والتكيف النفسي والاجتماعي للمسنين بالدار. أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الملائمة لدار المسنين تبعا للمستوى التعليمي للمسنين عند 0.01 ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المستوى التعليمي للمسن والتكيف النفسي والاجتماعي للمسنين بالدار حيث أن قيمة ت غير دالة عند 0.05.. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين السن للمسن والملائمة لدار المسنين مع المسن حيث كانت قيمة كا2دالة عند 0.01.. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند 0.01 بين السن للمسنين والتكيف النفسي والاجتماعي للمسن بدور المسنين حيث كانت قيمة كا2 دالة عند 0.01. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة أن تكون دور المسنين ملائمة للمسنين في إشباع احتياجاتهم لتحقيق التكيف النفسي والاجتماعي للمسن المقيم بها. The aim of this study is to identify the functional relevance of the elderly home in the Arab and Menoufia governorates and its relation to the tonal and social adjustment of the elderly residing there. This sample is composed of 100 elderly residents of the elderly in Al Gharbia and Menoufia governorates (50% of each sex) 10 of the cases for lack of answers. The comprehensive research sample consisted of 90 elderly and 50% of each sex. The sample was taken randomly. The questionnaire was used to collect data. The tool consisted of -:General Data Form (prepared by researcher)- Job Satisfaction Survey for the Elderly Home (by researcher)- Psychological and Social Adjustment Form for the Elderly (by researcher) -.The study was conducted in November 2018 in the places mentioned. The study reached the following results -:There is a statistically significant relationship at 0.01 between the suitable for the elderly home and the psychological and social adjustment for the elderly in the house- There is a statistically significant relation between the average income of the elderly and the educational level, and between the psychological and social adjustment of the elderly and the functional adjustment of the elderly home with the elderly. And the educational level of older persons -. There are statistically significant differences between the eligibility of the elderly home according to the level of education for the elderly at 0.01 and there are no statistically significant differences between the educational level of the elderly and the psychological and social adjustment of the elderly in the house where the value of T is not significant at 0.05 -.. There were statistically significant differences between the age of the elderly and the age-appropriate for the elderly with the elderly where the value of the function at 0.01..- There were statistically significant differences in the age of 0.01 between the age of the elderly and the psychological and social adjustment of the elderly in the role of the elderly. The study recommended that the role of the elderly should be suitable for the elderly in satisfying their needs to achieve psychological and social adjustment of the elderly resident. l adjustment of the elderly resident |
