| المستخلص: | The current study aimed to analyze the main dimensions of behavioral and skills goals tree for faculty of agricultural's students of mansoura university, and this study was conducted on a stratified random sample for students of the Faculty of Agriculture mansoura University, where the sample ratio (21%) Of the total comprehensive, the questionnaire was used in person interview, between October to the end of December 2020, using a number of statistical tools and measures, such as repetitions, percentages, and correlation coefficients. the most important concluded results were summarized as following: About (55.1%) Of the students did not receive training courses, and about (79.3%) of them didn't participate in student activities. The overall average attitude of students looking to apply skills related to the out put of the ability to manage his energy towards what benefits him and the others, respect for university life and understanding the university's scientific and community Message, protecting and defending community stability and rejection the band, and believing in the role of common religious heritage calling for unity amounted to (80.7, 80.1, 83.6, 88.1) respectively. the overall average level of coverage of Curriculum was (81.1), while the overall average level of coverage of student activities for the skills studied was (69.4).There is a correlation between the attitude of students who are involved in applying the skills of the out put of the ability to manage his energy towards what benefits him benefits others, respect for university life and understanding the university's scientific and community Message, protecting and defending community stability and rejection the band and between all those who receive training courses and participate in activities outside the university and the level of coverage of the curriculum and student activities for skills studied at a moral level (0.01). The results also showed that there are no correlations between the attitude of the students who are engaged towards applying the skills of the out put of the ability to manage his energy towards what benefits him and others, respect for university life and understanding the university's scientific and community Message, protecting and defending community stability and rejection the band and between both the level of study and the gender of the researched students. There is no correlation between the out put of believing in the role of common religious heritage calling for unity and both the personal variables studied and the level of coverage of the curriculum and the student activities of the skills studied. استهدفت الدراسة الحالية تحليل الأبعاد الرئيسية لشجرة الأهداف السلوكية والمهارية الطلابية، وتم إجراء هذه الدراسة على عينة عشوائية طبقية لطلاب كلية الزراعة جامعة المنصورة، بلغت نسبتها (21%) من إجمالي الشاملة، وللحصول على البيانات المطلوبة تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان بالمقابلة الشخصية، خلال الفترة من أكتوبر حتى نهاية ديسمبر 2020م، ولعرض النتائج تم الاعتماد على عدد من الأدوات والمقاييس الإحصائية، كالتكرارات، والنسب المئوية، ومعاملات الارتباط. وتمثلت أهم النتائج في الآتي: حوالي (55.1%) من الطلاب المبحوثين لم يحصلوا على دورات تدريبية، وحوالي (79.3%) منهم لم يشاركوا في أنشطة طلابية. بلغ المتوسط العام لاتجاه الطلاب المبحوثين نحو تطبيق المهارات المتعلقة بمخرج القدرة على إدارة طاقته نحو ما ينفعه وينفع الأخرين، واحترام الحياة الجامعية وتفهم رسالة الجامعة العلمية والمجتمعية، وحماية الاستقرار المجتمعي والدفاع عنه ونبذ الفرقة، والإيمان بدور التراث الديني المشترك في الدعوة للوحدة (80.7، 80.1، 83.6، 88.1) على الترتيب. المتوسط العام لمستوى تغطية المناهج الدراسية والأنشطة الطلابية للمهارات المدروسة من وجهة نظر الطلاب المبحوثين (81.1، 69.4) على الترتيب. وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين اتجاهات الطلاب المبحوثين نحو تطبيق مهارات مخرج القدرة على إدارة طاقته نحو ما ينفعه وينفع الآخرين، واحترام الحياة الجامعية وتفهم رسالة الجامعة العلمية والمجتمعية، وحماية الاستقرار المجتمعي والدفاع عنه ونبذ الفرقة وبين كل من حصولهم على الدورات التدريبية والمشاركة في الأنشطة المجتمعية ومستوى تغطية المناهج الدراسية والأنشطة الطلابية للمهارات المدروسة عند مستوى معنوية (0.01). بينما لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين مخرج الإيمان بدور التراث الديني المشترك في الدعوة للوحدة وبين كل من المتغيرات الشخصية والاتصالية المدروسة وبين مستوى تغطية المناهج الدراسية والأنشطة الطلابية للمهارات المدروسة. |
