Le Conseil constitutionnel contribue d’une façon indirecte à l'élaboration des règles régissant la participation des femmes à la vie politique. Pour cerner le sujet, nous avons abordé la marge de manoeuvre du conseil constitutionnel quant à l’élaboration des règles régissant la participation des femmes à la vie politique, et dire à quel point elle contribue vraiment à l’activation et l’approfondissement de sa pratique. The Constitutional Council contributes, even indirectly, in the development of rules governing women's participation in political life. In order to take note of this issue, we have touched on the scope of intervention by the Constitutional Council in establishing rules governing women's participation in political life.
