| المستخلص: | بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، والصلاة والسلام على رسوله الكريم وأله وصحبه ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين. البحث الموسوم: الفظ (المجرمون) في القرين الكريم دراسة استقرائية موضوعية" يهدف إلى كشف المقصود من هذا اللفظ في استعمال القرآن الكريم له وبين المقصود منه في القانون. وبعد المقدمة وعدتها، عرفنا الإجرام لغة واصطلاحا في القران الكريم والقانون لتوضيح الفرق في إطلاقه، ثم استخرجنا الآيات التي ترد فيها مشتقات (أجرم) وهي ٤٩ موضعا، ثم قمنا باستقراء الموضوع في كتب التفسير... وتبين لنا خطورة هذه الصفة، وأنها تعني باختصار شديد من بشر بالنار وهو ما زال على قيد الحياة. واكتشفنا أن هذا اللفظ لا يقترن به أي عبارة تدل على العفو والرحمة والتوبة... وكان ذلك في المبحث الأول. وفي المبحث الثاني قدمنا العلاجات التي تحول بين المرء والوقوع في الإجرام، لأن الذي أطلق عليه صفة المجرم لا أمل منه يرجى. نسأل الله العفو والعافية وصون اللسان من إلقاء هذه الصفة على أحد ممن نحبهم من الأولاد والإخوة والأصدقاء بأية نية كانت سخية أو مزاحا أو غفلة... واختتمنا بالنتائج والتوصيات والفهارس. The research titled "The Word 'Criminals' in the Holy Qur'an: An Objective Inductive Study" aims to explore the meaning of this term as used in the Holy Qur'an and its implications within the framework of law. After introducing the topic and laying out the groundwork, the study delves into the linguistic and terminological definitions of crime in both the Holy Qur'an and legal contexts, highlighting any disparities in their applications. Subsequently, the research identifies and analyzes the verses containing derivatives of the word "ajrama" in the Qur'an, totaling 49 occurrences. Through extrapolation of the topic in the books of interpretation (of the holy Quran), the study underscores the gravity associated with this designation, revealing it as indicative of someone destined for hellfire while still alive. The study also found the absence of any accompanying phrases indicating forgiveness, mercy, or repentance with this word. This was discussed in the first chapter. In the second chapter, the study presents preventative measures aimed at preventing a person from becoming a criminal, recognizing the dire implications of being labelled as such. We seek divine forgiveness and well-being, protection of our tongues from labelling someone from our loved ones, acquaintances, or anyone else with this trait, whether by negligence or by jesting.
