| 520 | |a يختص التراث الثقافي بما أنتجه الإنسان وخلفه من نتاج مادي ومعنوي، وانتقل من جيل إلى جيل عبر العصور، إذ يتعدد ويتنوع هذا الموروث الثقافي من حيث المصدر والطبيعة والشكل والحالة التي يوجد عليها، إنه روح الأمة المتنقلة الكامنة في ذاكرة أفراد المجتمع وسلوكهم، فالموروث الثقافي يؤصل لهوية المجتمع ويضمن بقاءها ويحفظ تواجدها ويشهد عراقتها، كما ينمي روح التنوع الثقافي بين الشعوب والأمم، بالإضافة إلى كونه يعد موردا حضاريا في السياحة بمختلف أنواعها، خصوصا السياحة الدينية بوصفها مطلبا روحيا، لذا وقفت هذه الدراسة الوصفية التحليلية عند التراث الثقافي لولاية تبسة لكونها واحدة من أهم المدن الجزائرية لما تحويه من مؤهلات سياحية من خلال معالمها الأثرية، وقد حاولت الدراسة الإجابة على جملة من التساؤلات: ما هي أهم المؤهلات السياحية لولاية تبسة؟ فيم تمثل التراث الثقافي للولاية؟ وهل استغل هذا التراث في المجال السياحي؟ ما هو دور التراث الثقافي في تفعيل السياحة الدينية؟ وما هي المعيقات التي تعترض الجانب السياحي في الولاية؟ | ||
| 520 | |b The cultural heritage is specialized in what huans produce concerning tangible and moral production, which is transferred from one gineration to the other through ages, however the cultural hereditary differs in terms of sourece, nature, form and the situation we fin it in. It is the soul of the transferred nation that is hidden in the memory and behaviours of the society s members. The cultural heritage realizes the identity of nations, guarantees it is existence and witnesses it's deep rootedness. In addition it regrows the spirit of culturel diversity between people and nations. Moreover, it’s counted as civilised resoures in tourism with it’s all kinds, specially in religious tourism because it is spiritual demand, Forasmush, to the importance of cultural heritage and it’s civilised role in protecting the society’s and the witnees on it’s deep rootedness. The discriptive and analystic study stands on the cultural heritage of the city tebessa because it is one of the most important Algerien citices for qualifications it hold, and which make it an exellent coures for tourism, in this study, we tried to answer a group of questions: what are the main qualifications of this city? what are the assimilation of the cultural heritage to this city ? Is this heritige get exploited in the touristic field ? What are the main barriers that limit the touristic field in this field? | ||
