| المستخلص: | حظي التراث الإنساني بشكل عام بالاهتمام منذ بداية هذا القرن، وكان نتاج ذلك الاهتمام أن أصبح لدينا من المواثيق الدولية والتوصيات لمؤتمرات عالمية ما يغطي تقريبا كل أوجه إجراءات الصيانة لهذا التراث، ومن ثم أصبح لعلم الحفاظ على الآثار أسسه وقواعده التي تنظمه. كما اهتمت العديد من المؤتمرات الدولية المعنية بالحفاظ على التراث بوضع مبادئ وأسس منظمة لعمليات الحفاظ في صورة معاهدات ومواثيق ملزمة للدول الموقعة عليها، وقد اهتمت هذه المؤتمرات بإعادة تأهيل وصيانة الآثار، وفي الختام يوصي البحث بعدة توصيات أهمها احترام القوانين والتشريعات في عمليات الترميم، والعمل ضمن معايير محددة لا يتم تجاوزها. Human heritage in general has gained much interest since the beginnings of this century that result in having a number of international charters and recommendations of global conferences what almost cover the maintenance procedures for this heritage, thus the science of maintaining antiquities has its own rules and organizing regulations. Moreover, a number of international conferences caring for maintaining heritage by setting principles that organize this process in the form of treaties and charters that oblige the signing countries, these conferences are paying much attention for rehabilitation and maintaining the archaeological. In conclusion this research makes some recommendations, on the top of which is to respect the laws and legislations in the process of renovation and to work according to specific criteria that can never be skipped or overrun. |
