| المستخلص: | يمر الفرد خلال مراحل حياته المختلفة بعدة عقبات وصعوبات قد تعيق وتعرقل انسجامه بينه وبين عناصر البيئة المختلفة المحيطة به، وخاصة في المرحلة الجامعية النهائية التي تمهد له مستقبل آخر فيظهر أهمية توافقه النفسي ليكون مؤشرا إيجابيا لمستوى أفضل له سواء في علاقاته بزملائه وأساتذته واتجاهاته نحو المواد الدراسية وعلاقاته الشخصية ونمو شخصيته وكيفية حفاظه على صحته العامة وتقبله لذاته والرضا عن نفسه وعلاقته بالمجتمع ومن يحيط به وأسرته ودوره بين أسرته، فذلك قد ينعكس من خلال توافقه النفسي. لذلك سيهتم البحث بمفهوم التوافق النفسي من منظور علم النفس التربوي الذي يهتم بطبيعته بكافة جوانب الفرد ولأن المرحلة الجامعية من المراحل الهامة التي تسهم في بناء وتشكيل هوية الطالب الجامعي للمستقبل. فقد هدف البحث إلى إعداد وبناء مقياس التوافق النفسي والذي يتكون من (50) مفردة خماسية التدريج، موزعين على خمسة أبعاد: (التوافق الأكاديمي، التوافق الشخصي، التوافق الصحي، التوافق الأسري، التوافق الاجتماعي)، وللتحقق من خصائص المقياس السيكومترية تم التطبيق على عينة مكونة من (154) طالب وطالبة بالفرقة الرابعة بكلية التربية -جامعة المنيا، وكان معامل ثبات المقياس (881.) وهي تعبر عن معامل ثبات مرتفع. The individual passes through the various stages of his life with several obstacles and difficulties that may hinder and impede his harmony between him and the various elements of the surrounding environment, especially in the final university stage, which paves the way for him to another future, so that the importance of his psychological compatibility appears to be a positive indicator of a better level for him, whether in his relations with his colleagues, his teachers and his directions towards academic subjects His personal relationships, the growth of his personality, how he preserves his general health, self-acceptance, self-satisfaction and his relationship with society and those around him and his family, and his role among his family, all of this may be reflected through his psychological compatibility. Therefore, the research will be concerned with the concept of psychological compatibility from the perspective of educational psychology, which by its nature is concerned with all aspects of the individual and because The university stage is one of the thorny important stages that contribute to building and shaping the identity of the university student for the future. The aim of present research is to prepare and build psychological adjustment scale from (50) items distributed in five dimensions: academic adjustment, personal adjustment, health adjustment, family adjustment and social adjustment, and to verify the psychometric scale characteristics, and the sample consisted(154)male and female students in the fourth year of the Faculty of Education - Minya University, and the reliability of scale (881.) It expresses a high stability coefficient. |
