| المستخلص: | "يعتبر النشر العلمي في المجلات العلمية الدولية المصنفة من أهم جوانب الوضع المهني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والجامعات التي يعملون بها. يتطلب النشر العلمي في هذه المجلات معايير قد لا تكون مطلوبة عقد النشر في المجلات المحلية. في هذا السياق، هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى وعي أعضاء هيئة التدريس في تخصصات العلوم الإنسانية بقضايا النشر العلمي في الدوريات العلمية المصنفة في قواعد البيانات من خلال دراسة ميدانية أجريت في العام الجامعي 2019/ 2020م، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي لبحث مشكلة الدراسة. أجاب عن أداة الدراسة بطريقة صحيحة عدد (١٠٣) عضوا من كليتي (الآداب، والتربية) يمثلون نسبة 23.6% من مجتمع الدراسة المستهدف. كشفت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية عن عدم وجود وعي كاف لدى غالبية أعضاء هيئة التدريس بتخصصات العلوم الإنسانية بأوعية النشر العلمي الدولي، وبمعايير جودة الدورية العلمية المصنفة، وبسمات الدوريات الوهمية، كذلك عدم وجود وعي بالأدوات المتاحة التي تساعد في تحديد الدوريات المناسبة والموثوقة، وبالمعرفات الرقمية للدوريات العلمية وقيمتها الاعتبارية، وبمسببات رفض نشر الأبحاث في الدوريات العلمية المصنفة. قدمت نتائج الدراسة فهما لدرجة وعي أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجوانب المختلفة للنشر العلمي الدولي: قدم في ضوئها برنامج مقترح في ثقافة النشر العلمي الدولي، وتوصيات تفيد المكتبيين والمسؤولين بمؤسسات التعليم العالي الذين يدعمون الأبحاث العلمية والنشر الدولي." "Academic publishing in classified international academic journals is one of the most important aspects of the professional status of faculty members and the universities in which they work. Academic publishing in these journals requires standards that may not be required for a publishing contract in local journals. In this context, the study aimed to reveal the extent to which faculty members in the humanities disciplines are aware of the issues of academic publishing in academic journals classified in databases through a field study conducted in the academic year 2019/2020 and the descriptive approach was used to research the problem of the study. A number of (103) members from the faculties of (Arts and Education) answered the study tool correctly, representing 23.6% of the target study population. The results of the field study revealed the lack of sufficient awareness among the majority of faculty members in the humanities disciplines of international scientific publishing, the quality standards of classified academic journals, and the characteristics of fictitious journals, as well as the lack of awareness of the available tools that help identify appropriate and reliable journals, and the digital identifiers of academic journals and their legal value, and the reasons for refusing to publish research in classified academic journals. The results of the study provided an understanding of the degree of awareness of faculty members about the various aspects of international academic publishing: in the light of it, a proposed program in the culture of international academic publishing was presented, and recommendations benefiting librarians and officials in higher education institutions who support academic research and international publishing.
