| 520 | |a تتمثل مشكلة البحث في حاجة مكتبة كلية الآداب- جامعة كفر الشيخ إلى التنبؤ بأعداد المترددين عليها: لكي تستطيع التخطط الجيد لتقديم خدماتها وممارسة أنشطتها في المستقبل. وتتضح أهميته العلمية في تطبيق أحد الأساليب الإحصائية التنبؤية في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات، وأهميته العملية في إيجاد تنبؤ دقيق لأعداد المستفيدين من المكتبات، مما يفيد في تخطيط المكتبات لتقديم خدماتها وممارسة أنشطتها ويهدف إلى تطبيق أسلوب تحليل السلاسل الزمنية في التنبؤ بأعداد المترددين على مكتبة كلية الآداب جامعة- كفر الشيخ خلال أعوام 2021، 2022، 2023، حيث تم إجراء هذا البحث عام ٢٠٢٠، ويقوم بتحليل السلسلة الزمنية للمترددين على مكتبة كلية الآداب جامعة كفر الشيخ منذ عام ٢٠١٠ وحتى عام ٢٠١٩، واعتمد البحث على منهج دراسة الحالة. استخدم الباحث البرنامج الإحصائي Eviews9 وتوصل البحث إلى أن النموذج الملائم للتنبؤ بأعداد المترددين على مكتبة كلية الآداب- جامعة كفر الشيخ لسنة 2021، 2022، 2023 هو ARIMA (2.2.2)، وتم التوقع خلال الثلاث سنوات القادمة ٢٠٢١ وحتى 2023. بزيادة مساحة مكتبة كلية الآداب -جامعة كفر الشيخ بمتوسط ٤٦٢ متر، وبزيادة عدد اختصاصي المكتبات في المتوسط إلى ٢٩ اختصاصي، وبزيادة أعداد التجهيزات والأثاث حيث نتوقع زيادة عدد المقاعد في المتوسط إلى ١٠٩٧ مقعد وعدد المناضد في المتوسط إلى ٢٧٤ منضدة وعدد الدواليب في المتوسط إلى 2106 دولاب وعدد أجهزة الحاسب الآلي في المتوسط إلى ٤٣٩ حاسب وعدد شاشات الفهرس الآلي في المتوسط إلى ٣٥ شاشة فهرس آلي، وبزيادة عدد أوعية المعلومات في المتوسط إلى 157914 وعاء معلومات، وعدد النسخ في المتوسط إلى 315828 نسخة وعدد المواد المرجعية في المتوسط إلى ١٥٧٩١ مادة مرجعية. | ||

Its scientific importance is evident in the application of one of the predictive statistical methods in the field of library and information and its practical importance in finding an accurate prediction of the number of beneficiaries of libraries, which is useful in planning libraries to provide their services and practice their activities, and aims to apply the method of time series analysis in predicting the number of visitors to the library of the Faculty of Arts, Kafr El-Sheikh University during the years 2021, 2022, 2023, where this research was conducted in 2020 and analyzes the time series of the visitors to the library of the Faculty of Arts, Kafr El-Sheikh University, from 2010 to 2019. The research was based on the case study method. The researcher used the statistical program Eviews9, and the research concluded that the appropriate model for predicting the number of visitors to the library of the Faculty of Arts - Kafr El-Sheikh University for the years 2021, 2022, and 2023 is ARIMA (2.2.2). It has been expected during the next three years from 2021 to 2023 to increase the area of the library of the Faculty of Arts - Kafr El-Sheikh University by an average of 462 square meters, increase the number of librarians on average to 29 specialists and increase the number of equipment and furniture, as we expect to increase the number of seats on average to 1097 and the number of tables on average to 274 tables, the number of wheels on average to 2106, the number of computers on average to 439 computers, the number of automatic index screens on average to 35 automatic index screens, and the increase in the number of information vessels on average to 157,914, and the number of copies on average to 315,828 and the number of reference materials on average to 15,791.
