| 520 | |a "يتناول هذا البحث قضية من قضايا علم الجرح والتعديل التي لها الأثر في الحكم على رواة الأحاديث، هذه القضية هي إصرار الراوي على الخطأ، وقد جعلت عنوان البحث «الإصرار على الخطأ وأثره في الحكم على الراوي»، وقد قسمته إلى مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة. أما المقدمة فذكرت فيها أهمية الموضوع، ومشكلته، وأهدافه، والدراسات السابقة عليه، ومنهجه وخطبته، وبينت أنه يهدف إلى بيان الرجوع عن الخطأ والإصرار عليه وضوابط الخطأ والرواة الذين وصفوا بالإصرار على الخطأ. وذكرت في المبحث الأول العديد مما يتعلق برجوع الراوي عن خطئه وصور هذا الرجوع، كرجوعه بسرعة أو بعد رجوعه إلى أصله وغيرهما. وأما المبحث الثاني فذكرت فيه كيفية إصرار الراوي على خطئه والضوابط التي من شأنها بيان الخطأ الذي يضر بالراوي، كأن يكون الخطأ مجمعا عليه أو فاحشا أو من المصر عليه. وأما المبحث الأخير فقد ذكرت فيه عددا من الرواة الذين اتصفوا بالإصرار على خطئهم بجمعهم وترجمتهم وبيان حالهم وإصرارهم على الخطأ. وفي الخاتمة ذكرت عددا من النتائج من أبرزها أن الإصرار على الخطأ يؤثر على الراوي من حيث تعديله أو تجريحه، وأن كثرة الرواية والحفظ لا تسلم الراوي من الخطأ، كما أن هناك ثمة رواة وثقهم العلماء مع إصرارهم على خطئهم، ثم أردفت هذه النتائج بعدد من التوصيات المتعلقة بموضوع البحث، كأن تقوم المؤسسات العلمية بجمع القضايا التي لها الأثر على الرواة جرحا وتعديلا في موسوعة علمية مختصة، وحصر الرواة الذين تنطبق عليهم هذه القضايا، وغير ذلك." | ||
| 520 | |f "This research deals with a matter of the science of al-jarḥ wa al-taʿdīl (discrediting and accrediting) that impacts the ruling over narrators of hadiths. It is the matter of a narrator insisting on mistake. I entitled the research ""Insisting on the mistake and its impact on ruling over the narrator."" I have divided it into an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. In the introduction, I mentioned the importance of the subject, problem, objectives, previous studies, and approach. I explained the retracting from mistake and insistence on it, the rules of the mistake, and narrators who have been described as insisting on mistake. In the first chpater, I mentioned many things related to the narrator's retracting from his mistake and the forms of this retraction, such as retracting quickly or after returning to his origin and others. In the second chapter, I mentioned how the narrator insists on his mistake and the controls that would show the mistake that harms the narrator, such as the mistake being unanimous, grave or one that has been insisted on. The last topic includes a number of narrators who insisted on their mistakes by making an inventory of them, mentioning their biographies, explaining their situation, and their insistence on mistakes. The conclusion includes a number of results, most notably that the insistence on the mistake impacts the narrator in terms of accrediting and discrediting. The abundance of the narrations or memorization of many narrations by a narrator does not protect him from falling into a mistake. There are also many narrators who have been authenticated and accredited by scholars despite their insistence on their mistakes. I also mentioned some recommendations concerning the study subject. These include that scientific institutes should collect issues that impact narrators in terms of accrediting and discrediting in a specialized scientific encyclopedia and making an inventory of those narrators on whom such issues apply, etc. This abstract was translated by AlMandumah Inc." | ||
