المستخلص: | This paper investigates how sustainability orientation stimulates new product development in the context of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in a developing country (Egypt) namely, restaurants in Mansoura City. Data were collected from 200 restaurants’ managers. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was utilized to test the hypotheses. The findings confirmed that sustainability orientation namely, sustainability culture, sustainability practices and commitment to sustainability practices positively and significantly influenced new product development. |
