| المستخلص: | يزخر قانون الرياضة بالعديد من الأحكام التي تنظم العمل الرياضي ومنذ إصدار قانون الرياضة 71 لسنة ٢٠١٧ والعمل به ظهرت بعض الإشكاليات نتيجة تطبيق نصوص وأحكام القانون وكذلك عدم تحديد وتوضيح بعض النصوص أثناء التطبيق الأمر الذى أثار العديد من الإشكاليات الإدارية داخل الهيئات الرياضية الأمر الذى دعى العديد من المسؤولين كأعضاء مجالس إدارات الهيئات الرياضية وكذلك وزارة الشباب والرياضة وبعض أعضاء مجلس النواب إلى طرح ضرورة تعديل بعض أحكام قانون الرياضة مما دعى الباحث القيام بهذا البحث مساهمة في وضع أطر علمية لتعديل بعض هذه الأحكام. The Sports Law is full of many provisions that regulate sports work and since the issuance of Sports Law 71 of 2017 and its implementation, some problems have emerged as a result of the application of the provisions and provisions of the law, as well as the lack of identification and clarification of some texts during the application, which raised many administrative problems within the sports bodies, which called many Officials, such as members of the boards of directors of sports bodies, as well as the Ministry of Youth and Sports and some members of the House of Representatives, have proposed the need to amend some provisions of the Sports Law, which prompted the researcher to carry out this research as a contribution to developing scientific frameworks to amend some of these provisions. |
