| المستخلص: | The family is the elementary structure block on which society based on. With its strength, toughness and interdependence of its members, the society is strong and interconnected, and it establishes a successful and educated future. With the fragmentation of the ties and bonds of this family, society weakens and is vulnerable to collapse no matter how high and advanced is the society. Among the most significant reasons that lead to the family’s devastation and the interruption of its entity; the great figure of family’s clashes, mainly if these alterations developed great and developed, caused in family violence, for this reason this study assumed a study of the most significant phenomena that intimidate the family’s entity, and pave the way for the destruction of society as a whole, which is the phenomenon of domestic violence. It is the phenomenon that we observe in all human societies, no matter how large it may be complexity and expansion. But the frustrating item is; that the Islamic community is seen as a community that adopts and encourages domestic violence; Through the provisions of the teachings of his true religion, and this is of course a untrue allegation, and therefore this study derived in two divisions: in the first one , the significance of the family and its situation in human society in general and in the Muslim community in particular, as it presented the concept of domestic violence the main topic of this study , and in the second section it was presented ;the study of the most important ethical bases required to build a strong organized family that lives a pleased and peaceful life, and then showed the most important means of treatment for these family disputes that occur from time to time, which, if resolved prudently, intentionally and determinedly, will unquestionably lead to the phenomenon of domestic violence. The study came out with a number of important outcomes, monitored by a number of recommendations aimed at amending the incorrect vision of the teachings and provisions of the true Islamic religion in dealing with the domestic violence as phenomenon and ways to treat it. الأسرة هي اللبنة الأساسية التي يرتكز عليها المجتمع، بقوتها وترابط أفرادها يكون المجتمع قويا ومترابطا، ويؤسس لمستقبل مزدهر متحضر، بتفكك روابط هذه الأسرة وأواصرها يضعف المجتمع، ويكون عرضه للانهيار، مهما علا وتقدم، ومن أهم العوامل التي تفضي إلى هدم الأسرة وتخلخل كيانها كثرة الخلافات الأسرية، وخاصة إذا عظمت هذه الخلافات، وتطورت، ونتج عنها عنف أسري، لهذا تبنت هذه الدراسة بحث أهم الظواهر التي تهدد كيان الأسرة، وتمهد لهدم المجتمع ككل، ألا وهي ظاهرة العنف الأسري، تلك الظاهرة التي نلحظها في جميع المجتمعات البشرية، مهما بلغت من الرقي والتطور إلا أن المزعج في الأمر أنه ينظر إلى المجتمع الإسلامي على أنه مجتمع يتبنى الدعوة إلى العنف الأسري، ويشجع عليه؛ من خلال أحكام تعاليم دينه الحنيف، وهذا بالطبع اتهام باطل، وعليه جاءت هذه الدراسة في مبحثين: بينت في الأول أهمية الأسرة، ومكانتها في المجتمع الإنساني عامة، وفي المجتمع المسلم على وجه الخصوص، كما بينت مفهوم العنف الأسري الموضوع الرئيس لهذا البحث، وفي المبحث الثاني عرضت الدراسة لأهم الأسس الأخلاقية اللازمة لبناء أسرة قوية مترابطة تحيا حياة سعيدة وهادئة، ثم بينت أهم سبل العلاج لهذه الخلافات الأسرية التي تحدث بين الحين والأخر، والتي إذا ما حلت بحكمة وروية وحزم فستفضي قطعا إلى ظاهرة العنف الأسري، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج المهمة، أعقبتها بعدد من التوصيات التي تهدف إلى تصحيح النظرة الخاطئة لتعاليم الدين الإسلامي الحنيف وأحكامه، في تعاطيه مع ظاهرة العنف الأسري وسبل علاجها. |
