| المستخلص: | "درست أبنية العربية الأصول لأهميتها، وجعل القسم الأول للحديث عن الأبنية الأصول للاسم، وهي عشرة أبنية للمجرد الثلاثي، وستة أبنية للمجرد الرباعي، وأربعة أبنية للمجرد الخماسي، وكان متوقعا أن تتناسب طردا كثرة الأبنية مع عدد أصول البناء، لكن الذي حصل العكس، وذلك فرقا من الثقل، وهو من أسس البناء في العربية، وفي المجرد الثلاثي اختلف في فتح فعل، والأقرب أنه سماعي، وأجاز بعضهم إسكان فعل إذا كان حلقيا، ونقل إسكان بعض العرب عين فعل، وفي لغة ثالثة كسر الفاء مع إسكان العين، واختلف في إسكان فعل، وقيل: لغة لتميم، واختلفوا في ضم عين ثلث وبابه وإسكانها، آلأصل الضم أم الإسكان، أم هما لغتان؟ واستثقل فعل، نحو: رئم، وفعل، نحو: الربو؛ لما فيهما من انتقال من ثقيل إلى أثقل؛ لذا أولوا ما جاء عليهما، واختلف في المجرد الرباعي والخماسي، قيل: أصلهما الثلاثي، والصواب أنهما أصلان غير مبنيين على الثلاثي، وقيل في الرباعي المجرد، نحو: كوكب: وزنه فعفل، والصواب ما عليه الجمهور فعلل. والثلاثي المجرد من الأفعال ثلاثة أضرب، هي: فَعَل، وفَعُل، وفَعِل، والأغلب في عين المضارع المجرد الثلاثي مخالفة حركتها في الماضي، إلا المضموم فليس له إلا الضم، مع مراعاة أمور، منها كسر عين المثال، ويائي العين، وفتح حلقي العين، وضم واوي العين أو اللام، وربما تداخلت اللغات فجاء للماضي مضارعان، وللرباعي مضارع واحد بكسر لامه الأولى، واختلف في وزن مضاعفه، فقيل: فعفع، وقيل: فعفل، وقيل: فعل، والصحيح أن وزنه فعلل؛ لأن حروفه كلها أصول."
