| المستخلص: | إن التعبير الإبداعي والتفكير التأملي يعدان من الأهداف الرئيسة التي تسعى المجتمعات إلى تحقيقهما لدى أبنائها، وبعد إجراء العديد من الأبحاث الأدبية والعلمية في مجال التعبير الإبداعي، وجد الباحثون أن التعبير الإبداعي لدى الطلاب في المدارس الإعدادية يعاني من تدن واضح في مستوى الأداء اللغوي والإبداعي، كما استنتجوا أن الضعف في مستويات التعبير الإبداعي ناشئ من قصور تمثل في غياب المنهج المقنن الذي يعتمد على المحاكات الرصينة لقياس تلك المهارات وطرائق تراعي العمليات العقلية المعرفية المرتبطة بالتفكير والإبداع، وعليه فإن التعبير الإبداعي ما هو إلا عمليات بنائية تراكمية سواء أكان في الشكل أو المضمون، وهي وليدة أنماط مختلفة من التفكير التأملي، والإبداعي، وأكد علماء النفس على ضرورة الربط بين حسن التفكير وجودة التعبير، إذ يرون أنهما مظهران لعملية عقيلة واحدة فنمو كل منهما مرتبط بنمو الآخر وارتقائه، وكلاهما مرتبطان بالخبرات التي يعيشها الإنسان في حياته، وبإمكاننا أن نلمح العلاقة بين التفكير العلمي والتعبير الإبداعي من طريق التعبير (الكتابي)، إذ أن التعبير بطريقة تأملية تفيد الطلاب في إجراء عمليات التحليل والتفسير للنتائج التي يتوصلون إليها من طريق التأمل في ما يكتبون على الورق بشكل قصص أو مقالات قصيرة، وكذلك من طريق عرض نتاجاتهم على زملائهم لمناقشتها عندما يكونوا غير متأكدين منها، فيتأكد لهم من تلك النتاجات أنهم يمتلكون أفكارا جيدة، وتمكنهم من جمع أفكارهم قبل التعبير عنها، كما أن التأمل الفردي كأنشطة الكتابة والاشتراك في نشاط التفكير من طريق إثارة النقاش يعزز الإبداع ويصقل الأفكار.
