| المستخلص: | نحن الآن في عصر يتحدث عن النفايات الإلكترونية وكيفية الحماية البيئية في ظل التقدم التكنولوجي، نواجه ظواهر لم تكن تصل حتى لخيالنا في يوم، مثل التحكم والتلاعب بالمناخ بالدول وأصبحت البيئة عصا سحرية والتحكم بها أداة للتدمير وللبقاء، في زمن الكورونا يتحكم الإنسان في توجيه المرض بإرادته وهو أمر خارج المنطق ولم يتصوره التفكير العقلاني في يوم. ولكنه أصبح واقع أليم، وذلك لأنه هناك من استفاد من الماضي ودرس التاريخ بشكل وافي ودقيق ليجد السبيل في التحكم والسيادة والبقاء، في حين أن هناك من ظل غارق في دوامة الروتين والنظر تحت قدميه، من يمحص نظره في التاريخ يجد أن البيئة الصحية والآدمية والعادلة المتزنة هي أساس قيام حضارات عظيمة والطريق الأمثل لبقاءها مثل الحضارة المصرية القديمة، والرومانية، ولكننا لا نطالب الآن بتقديس الحيوان أو تأليه الأنهار، ولكن ما هو أبسط ولقد حثتنا كل الشرائع السماوية يهودية، مسيحية، إسلامية على الحفاظ على البيئة وعلم الرحمة بالجوار، لسنا بحاجة لإرشاد دولي أو عبء عقوبات ومسؤوليات حتى نحيا بسلام بيئي، وإذا نظرنا سنجد أن التطور التكنولوجي وحده لا يهدي للحضارة فمثلا عندما أرادت الصين القضاء على ما أسمته الآفات الأربعة "الذباب، الفئران، النمل، العصافير" كانت النتيجة خلل جسم في التوازن البيئي، لقد خلق القدير العزيز كل شيء بقدر. We are now in an era that discusses electronic waste and how to protect the environment in the context of technological progress. We are facing phenomena that were once unimaginable, such as the ability to control and manipulate the climate in various countries. The environment has become a double-edged sword, where controlling it can lead to either destruction or survival. During the time of COVID-19, individuals are able to mitigate the spread of the disease through sheer willpower, a concept that transcends logic and was previously unimaginable through rational thinking alone. However, it has become a painful reality because there are those who have benefited from the past by studying history thoroughly and accurately, seeking ways to attain control, sovereignty, and survival. Meanwhile, others remain immersed in routine and fail to see beyond their immediate surroundings. Anyone who delves into history will discover that a healthy, humane, fair, and balanced environment forms the foundation for great civilizations and is essential for their survival, as evidenced by ancient civilizations such as the Egyptian and Roman empires. Today, our demands are not about the sanctification of animals or the deification of rivers but rather something simpler. All divine laws, whether Jewish, Christian, or Islamic, implore us to preserve the environment and show compassion to our neighbors. We do not require international directives or the burden of sanctions and responsibilities to live in environmental harmony. Upon closer examination, it becomes evident that technological advancement alone does not guarantee civilization. For instance, when China attempted to eradicate what it deemed the "four pests" – flies, mice, ants, and birds – it resulted in a significant disruption of environmental balance.
