| المستخلص: | يتناول هذا البحث إحدى المسائل المنهجية الفاصلة بين طريقة أهل الحديث ومخالفيهم من المتكلمين، وهي مسألة حجية خبر الآحاد في مسائل الاعتقاد، ويوضح ما كان عليه الصحابة رضي الله عنهم من الاحتجاج بخبر الآحاد متى ما صح عن النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم)، كما أنه يكشف عن أول من ابتدع القول بالتفريق بين المتواتر والآحاد ومن تلقفه عنهم ثم مستندهم في هذا التفريق. كذلك يناقش ما تمسكوا به من وجوه متعددة تظهر ما في القول بعدم الأخذ بخبر الآحاد في العقائد - متى ما صح - من إشكالات علمية، وشارحا آثار هذا القول. This research deals with one of the methodological conclusive issues between the method of Sunnis and Jamaa and their opponents that is the issue of arguing via singly narrated Hadiths in mat¬ters of belief. The research clarifies that the Prophet argued via singly narrated Hadiths when these Hadiths are authenticated by Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be Upon Him). It also reveals the first ones who adopted the saying of differentiating between the ‘Mutawatir’ and the ‘singly re¬ported’ Hadiths and those who took this stance from them gathered them from them, and then their evidence for this differentiation. It also discusses, the different scholarly explained shortcomings of the opinion of not adopting singly reported Hadihs when these hadiths are authenticated by Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be Upon Him) in dealing with issues of creed. |
