| المستخلص: | تركزت مشكلة البحث في أن اغلب المدربين يعتمدون على الآليات تعليمية خاصة بالمهارة فقط من دون اللجوء إلى استعمال عوامل مساعدة (التوافق، التوازن، الرشاقة) ترافق عملية التعلم وذلك لأهمية القدرات الحركية في عملية التعلم لذلك اقترح الباحث إيجاد حل لهذه المشكلة وهي تحسين أداء اللاعبين في بدايات التعلم من خلال ميدان مقترح لتعليم بعض المهارات الهجومية والمهارات المركبة للاعبي كرة اليد بأعمار 11- ١٢ سنة الذي يتضمن تمرينات خاصة بالتوافق وبالتوازن وبالرشاقة أخرى. ولذلك فقد هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد ميدان مقترح لتعليم بعض المهارات الهجومية وتنمية القدرات الحركية للاعبي كرة اليد بأعمار ١١- ١٢ سنة. فيما يخص إلى إجراءات البحث، فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي وبأسلوب المجموعتين المتكافئتين، وقد اشتمل مجتمع البحث على للاعبي مدارس تخصصية يمثلون منطقة الفرات الأوسط وقد اختيرت عينة البحث وهم لاعبي المدارس التخصصية لمحافظتي الديوانية، والمثنى وبواقع (٤٠) لاعب تم تقسيمهم على مجموعتين تجريبية، وضابطة كما عمد الباحث إلى إعداد ميدان تعليمي للاعبين بعد أن عرض على مجموعة من الخبراء والمختصين. وقد تم تطبيقه لمدة شهرين إذ تم إجراء اختبار قبلي لأفراد العينة واختبار بعدي لكل مهارة. بعد أن تم تعلمه مباشرة. أما الفصل، الرابع فقد تضمن عرض النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها والتعامل معها إحصائيا ومن ثم مناقشة كل النتائج، وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها توصل الباحث. The problem of research was that most of the trainers rely on educational mechanisms specific to skill only without resorting to the use of auxiliary factors (compatibility, balance, agility) accompanying the learning process because of the importance of motor abilities in the learning process so the researcher suggested finding a solution to this problem which is improving the performance of Players are at the beginning of learning through a proposed field to teach some offensive skills and complex skills for handball players aged 11-12 years, which includes exercises for compatibility, balance and other agility. Therefore, the study aimed to prepare a proposed field to teach some offensive skills and develop the motor abilities of handball players aged 11-12 years. With regard to the research procedures, the researcher used the experimental method and the style of the two equal groups, and the research community included the players of specialized schools representing the Middle Euphrates region and the sample of the research was selected and they are the players of the specialized schools for the provinces of Diwaniyah, Muthanna and by (40) players have been Dividing them into two experimental groups, and an officer as the researcher set up an educational field for players after being presented to a group of experts and specialists, it was applied for two months as a tribal test was conducted for the members of the sample, and a post-test for each skill, after being learned directly. The results obtained and dealt with statistically, and then discuss all the results, and according to the results obtained the researcher reached. |
