| 520 | |a يعد موضوع تعاطي المخدرات من قبل الاحداث في الوقت الحاضر من المواضيع الهامة والأساسية لدى الكثيرين من مفكري العلوم الاجتماعية والنفسية، ذلك انه يوضح الاسباب والنتائج والتأثيرات التي تتولد من خلال عملية الادمان والتعود والتي هي جزء من عملية التعاطي لأفراد المجتمع للمواد المخدرة بالنظر إلى النتائج الكارثية التي تحدث لأي مجتمع تزداد فيه نسب الإدمان بما تمثله من تدمير لشخصيات الأفراد وصحتهم وتأثيرهم على النظام العام في المجتمع العراقي كما في مجتمعات أخرى، ولقد ازدادت هذه الظاهرة سوءا بعد احداث السقوط عام 2003 نظرا لتهشيم القواعد القانونية المحددة والمقيدة لهذه الظاهرة قبل هذا التاريخ، ويحاول الباحث من خلال بحثه هذا الوصول إلى بعض النتائج والتوصيات المهمة التي من خلالها يتم معالجة الموضوع وفق إطار علمي مدروس يهدف إلى الاحداث المدمنين على المخدرات ومن ثم اقناعهم بالتخلي عن هذه العادة السيئة من خلال اتباع وسائل مختلفة صحية والنفسية واجتماعية وهو ما يهدف إلى تحقيقه في نهاية البحث . | ||
