| المستخلص: | تقوم الرياضة المدرسية على مجموعة من الأسس والركائز الضرورية، الواجب توافرها لنجاح أهدافها ومقاصدها ابتداء من إعداد الكادر التعليمي وتطويره مرورا بتوفير التجهيزات والأدوات انتهاء بعملية الإشراف والتقويم. غير أن اطلاع الباحث على واقع الرياضة المدرسية من خلال متابعته للتلاميذ خلال فترة تطبيقهم العملي في المدارس، لمس تدني مستوى الرياضة المدرسية بصورة عامة ودرس التربية البدنية والرياضية بصورة خاصة الأمر الذي انعكس على نتائج التلاميذ في أثناء مشاركاتهم بنشاطات ومسابقات مديرية التربية. ومن هذا المنطق يحاول الباحث الوقوف على أهم الأسباب والمعوقات التي تواجه درس التربية البدنية والرياضية في مدينة الأغواط مع وضع الحلول المناسبة لها مما يسهم في نجاحه والارتقاء بها. The current study indicated methods of successful and hindrances of applying and run of physical education subject in laghouat city schools. Research samples were fifty six teachers of both gender and from both sides of laghouat city. Data sheet which proposed by the researcher, was used to fixed all the needed information. The obtained results were statistically analyzed by using mean value, standard deviation, percentage, and correlation factor. The results indicated that physical education subject in the primary and secondary schools was not good enough, and not satisfied the desired ambitious, and that may be due to the:- reduction in the financial appropriations, weak link between teachers of the subject and their advisors, and to bad usage of methods of teaching that suitable to each different age stages. The researcher recommended the following:- - Increase the financial appropriations for the physical education subject in the schools. Try to develop the ability of the teachers by entering a development course in teaching methods in the college of basic education and its departments. |
