| المستخلص: | المفارقة في شعر طرفة أكثر من أن تحصى، وما بحثنا هذا إلا إضاءة يسيرة على أبرز ما تشكل لديه من مفارقات سياقية ولفظية، فجاء على مقدمة وتمهيد يبين معنى المفارقة بشكل موجز وبعضا من تقسيماتها وأنواعها، وقد أحلنا القارئ على بقية الدراسات في هذا الشأن للاستزادة في معرفة أنواعها. أما متن البحث فجاء بمبحثين، تناول الأول أبرز مفارقات طرفة السياقية التي ترجمت جانبا من حياته وما عاناه من تلك المفارقات، وتناول الآخر مفارقاته اللفظية التي شكلت جانبا واضحا من عمله الإبداعي، ثم عضدنا البحث بخاتمة بينا فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحثة ثم ذكرنا قائمة المصادر والمراجع. وأرجو أن أكون قد وفقت في عرض المادة وفي ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج.
