| المستخلص: | In the age of globalization, and with the intensification of competition, it was impossible for the public sector to pursue an economic policy. This situation permits government to find a new method to finance projects and construct infrastructure. In this regard, public-private partnership has become deeply affecting the role of the state. This approach at the international level will come with foreign element in the partnership contracts and guarantee of the public interest. |
