The liberalism associated with free trade, which seemed to be an indisputable choice made by Morocco and by the majority of world economics, has found itself the target of several criticisms today. Protectionism, for its part, based on protectionist measures constitutes an effective strategy for certain countries of which Morocco is a part, to ensure protection of the local company and the national market. | ||
| 520 | |d L’objectif de cette étude est de se focaliser sur le débat du: «libéralisme/ protectionnisme», qui retrouve aujourd’hui tout son intérêt dans plusieurs domaines, y compris les marchés mondialisés. Le libéralisme associé au libre- échange, qui paraissait comme un choix indiscutable opté par le Maroc et pour la majorité des économies mondiales, s’est retrouvé cible de plusieurs critiques aujourd’hui. Le protectionnisme, de son côté, fondé sur des mesures protectionnistes constitue une stratégie efficace pour certains pays dont le Maroc fait partie, pour assurer une protection de l’entreprise locale et du marché national. Pour encadrer ce sujet, une méthodologie concise et précise a été appliquée, fondée sur une approche descriptive et analytique, tout en s’ouvrant sur le droit comparé. | ||
