| المستخلص: | هدف البحث تعرف درجة ممارسة مشرفي التربية العملية لأدوارهم في تطوير أداء الطلبة المعلمين في مجال استخدام الأنشطة المدرسية. وتحقيقا لهدف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وأعدت استبانة مكونة من (26) بندا وزعت على ثلاثة محاور تتضمن أبرز ممارسات مشرفي التربية العملية، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، قامت الباحثة بتطبيقها على عينة مقصودة، تكونت من (63) مشرفا ومشرفة من مشرفي التربية العملية/معلم الصف، السنة الرابعة/في كلية التربيـة بجامعة دمشق للعام الدراسي 2020/2021. وبعد إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية اللازمة توصل البحث إلى النتائج الاتية: 1-تراوحت درجة ممارسة مشرفي التربية العملية لأدوارهم في تطوير أداء الطلبة المعلمين في مجال استخدام الأنشطة المدرسية بين الدرجات الكبيرة جدا والكبيرة والمتوسطة، في حين لم توجد درجات منخفضة لدى المشرفين نحو مضمون البنود. 2 -وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات آراء مشرفي التربية العملية حول درجة ممارساتهم لأدوارهم في تطوير أداء الطلبة المعلمين في مجال استخدام الأنشطة المدرسية تبعا لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، لصالح مشرفي التربية العملية من حملة درجة الدكتوراه، وذوي الخبرة (5 سنوات فما فوق). وبناء على نتائج البحث قدمت الباحثة بعضا من المقترحات الهامة المتعلقة بضرورة القيام بدراسات تقويمية لبرنامج التربية العملية وتحليل مختلف أدوار المشرف التربوي، وطرح موضوعات بحثية مماثلة لما تناوله البحث تتناول واقع أداء مشرفي التربية العملية بكلية التربية. The aim was to the research is to identify the degree of practicing supervisors of practical education of their roles in developing the performance of student teachers in the field of using school activities. A descriptive approach was undertaken by applying a designed questionnaire . consisting of (26) items under three domains , including the most prominent practices of the supervisors of practical education, and after ensuring the validity and consistency of the questionnaire, it was applied on a purposeful sample of (63) supervisors for practical education. The specialization of the fourth-year class teacher student in the Faculty of Education at Damascus University for the academic year 2019/2020. After performing the necessary statistical treatments, the research reached the following results: - The degree of practice of the supervisors of practical education for their roles in developing the performance of student teachers in the field of using school activities ranged between very large, large and medium grades, while the supervisors did not have low marks regarding the content of the items . - The existence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of supervisors' opinions in favour of benefit of the supervisors of practical education with a doctorate degree, and those with experience (5 years and above). Based on the results of the research, the researcher made some important proposals related to the necessity of conducting evaluation studies for the practical education program, analyzing the different roles of the educational supervisor, and proposing similar research topics to the research dealt with the reality of the performance of the supervisors of practical education in the College of Education. |
