| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع المكتبات الطبية العلمية وطبيعة الخدمات التي تقدمها وأنواعها، والتي شملت 8 خدمات مقدمة ومنهم المستفيدين منها، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ودراسة الحالة على (4) مكتبات طبية جامعية، واستخدمت المقابلة والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات على المستفيدين والبالغ عددهم (175) وتم التوصل إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات من أهمها: تعد المكتبات الطبية الجامعية من أهم مؤسسات المعلومات التي ترفد الباحثين لا سيما في المجال الطبي بأهم الدراسات والأبحاث العلمية إلا أنها بحاجة إلى الخدمات الحديثة بشكل دائم. أغلب المستفيدين هم من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية وكذلك طلبة الدراسات العليا وطلبة الدراسات الأولية خاصة المرحلة الأولى والثالثة والسادسة بنسبة بلغت 35% في كلية الطب الجامعة العراقية و26% في كلية طب جامعة النهرين. أهم التوصيات تتمثل بالآتي: 1. ضرورة التعاون مع مكتبات والمؤسسات الطبية داخل القطر أو خارجه في مجال خدمات المعلومات التي تقدمها وكذلك التعرف على الندوات والمؤتمرات التي تساهم في رفع شأن التخصص الطبي لفائدة الباحثين والمستفيدين. 2. وضع الأدلة والكتيبات والإعلانات للتعريف عن المكتبات أوهم الخدمات الحديثة التي تقدمها من خلال تطوير موقعها الإلكتروني على شبكة الإنترنت. The current research aims at identifying the reality of scientific medical libraries and the nature and types of services they provide, which include 8 services provided and who are the beneficiaries of these services. The descriptive approach and the case study are used on four university medical libraries, in addition to the interview and questionnaire which are used as tools to collect data on (175) beneficiaries. A number of conclusions are arrived at, the most important of which are: - University medical libraries are among the most important information institutions that provide researchers, especially in the medical field, with the most important studies and scientific research, but they are in constant need of modern services. - Most of the beneficiaries are faculty members, as well as students of postgraduate studies and graduate studies, especially the first, third and sixth stages, with a percentage of 35% percent in the Iraqi University, College of Medicine and 26% percent in the Medical College of Al-Nahrain University. As for the most important recommendations, they are as follows: 1. The necessity of cooperation with libraries and medical institutions inside or outside the country in the field of information services they providing, as well as getting acquainted with seminars and conferences that contribute to raising the status of medical specialization for the benefit of researchers and beneficiaries. 2. Developing guides, brochures and advertisements to identify the libraries and the most important modern services they provide through developing their website on the Internet. |
