| المستخلص: | استهدفت الدراسة التعرف علي أثر تطبيق نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد وذلك بالتطبيق على شركات أنتاج الدواء المصرية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم استمارة استقصاء وتم توزيعها على مديري الإنتاج والجودة والمشتريات والصيانة والتسويق في ١٢ شركه عامه وخاصة لإنتاج الدواء في مصر وبلغ عدد القوائم المستردة والصالحة للتحليل ٩٠ استمارة من أصل ١٢٠ استمارة. وبتحليل بيانات الدراسة واختبار فرض البحث تم قبول الفرض والذي ينص على أنه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإنتاج اللحظي (JiT) والأداء التشغيلي للشركات محل الدراسة، كما أظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي تطبيق شركات إنتاج الدواء المصرية للممارسات والأنشطة المتعلقة بالإنتاج اللحظي بدرجة كبيرة وذلك من خلال اهتمام شركات العينة باستخدام معدات تشغيل جديدة، خفض وقت إعداد الآلات للتشغيل، خفض زمن دورة الإنتاج، سرعة الاستجابة لطلبات العملاء، في حين ظهر ضعف الاهتمام باستخدام تقنيات التغيير التام بسرعة، وتطبيق أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية. The study aimes to identify the Impact of applying the Just in Time System To improve the operational performance of Egyptian pharmaceutical firms. The study attempted to answer the following question: What is the Impact of applying (JIT)System in Improving Operational Performance the pharmaceutical firms To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher has designed a survey questionnaire and distributed it to the managers of production, quality, procurement, maintenance and marketing in 12 companies for the production of the medicine and the number of correct questionnaires recovered 90 questionnaires from the The origin of 120 questionnaires. In addition to the test hypothesis, the hypothesis was accepted that There are statistically significant relationship between the just in time (JiT) and operational performance for the companies under the study. The results of the statistical analysis showed the Egyptian pharmaceutical companies 'application of the practices and activities related to the (JIT) by using new operating equipment, reducing the preparation time of the machines to run, reducing the production cycle time, the speed of response to customers' requests, While the lack of interest in the use of rapid change techniques and the application of preventive maintenance activities have emerged. |
